I have a feeling that given how much people have been saying how OP and broken Lancerat is, devs are going to release him on a special egg again because everyone will go crazy to try and hatch him and only then nerf him. If that happens, it will be the greediest move ever, but to be honest the inexplicable lack of communication from devs on the matter is suspicious to say the least.
There is something you are wrong about, his best move was with Nyx, after his last buff he has no direct counters and his banner came out in less than a week.
You know what? increase myth cost is make sense today. 
And I have an Radical idea. What If any awakened myth monster Started to (+0) so we need grind Legendary potion to make them (+9) similiar like zilion case. 
I think the ‘gap’ is getting bigger between Mythic and Legendary.
Increasing the cost to 17 by default for Mythic is make sense.
They are not just strong but so versatile with all 5moves and broken passives.

So true, can we also give a 3rd passive to lilithia, bastia, and rhinedragon. Also maybe give a second secret skill to carmilla and nyx, they are too weak

Then they should increase max team cost with the next Hero Ranks too. After HR 120 there is little to no reason to level up.

Tbh i would love lilithia to have a stun counter, that way she be the duscy mythic

Nyx have gotten enough buffs. She should not affect monsters (enemy only 
) between 60% and lower with fermatta so there is a draw back for using her
