To all the annoying people running stun

Stun is hit or miss right now. Its more rng then kei bb team

I think this is one of the best things that could happen. Except max limit at 320. Most strats rely too much on stun in pve, this change would allow/force other strategies to rise. I did post about this before. When you ask someone of how they beat an event, they’d probably say “i stunned them to oblivion and killed 1 by 1”

Would that 320 rule only apply to pve or pvp too?

The problem with other strategies are that they are so much less reliable. Take poison. Very mediocre or straight bad against buffed monsters. Sleep. Totally RNG. Only monsters as far as I know that have 100% sleep are clover with pair sleep and polareon with instant link hypnotize. Stealth. The good Sneak attack monsters are not very available etc. At least when I use stun I know 100% how it will work and there is no bullshit RNG involved.

Again just to remind, these kinds of suggestions are good for players like you who have most strategies at your disposal. But not everyone has every good monster. Stun is by far the most accessible and effective strategy. So I don’t think it would be a good change for the majority of the player base. If sleep is made less RNG and poison made to work against buffed monsters then I’m with you.

Well I guess that means Zephyrin is unusable (160 + 80 + 150 = 390).

Normally I’m happy to create some suggestion that’s a compromise for even the most radical ideas, but not about stun. We’ve got many things in the game that protect from stun and only more will come. Why also chop of the head of the strategy? People should be free to build what they want and then counters are made to it all. If the Devs want people to make more varied PvE teams then simply add a lot of stun protection into the AI teams. As for PvP, there will always be diversity as long as the new monsters are being designed well.

But zephryn and it’s baby clone don’t have roaring entrance. count the entrance tu into it and I’m sure it will stay well under 320 at all times.

Also I’m just suggesting this because stun has “ruined” the game. Devs should either make more stun resistable ai teams or have more themed events. Otherwise stun will always beat ai no matter what.

Are you saying this because you can massively stun 3 monsters then sweep the one that enters each time? What about sleep lock and how that has been able to easily win PvE since the start of the game? There are some easy ways to slaughter the AI using a few mechanics. That’s the way it’s always been.

I remember when Bitterbeast first came out it was a great stun counter, but Delu wrecks it (and utopian) now. The problem is we have Lion and Leo with stun counter and 3 legends with stun reversal, (maybe one or two more) but for someone who is free to play, joined the game recently, or just doesn’t save their gems very well (i’m 2 of those) there’s not much to deal with stun anymore.

The SE protectors are too easy to stun before they protect and then keep you at 3 vs 4 or they do protect and die too quickly.

Long story short, we need a Super Epic with Stun counter. Nothing too wild so that it feels like a Legend. But of a whole catalog of monsters, there’s only a small amount of decent counters.

Bitterbeast is one of the best monsters out there to protect you from stun. Better than Leogeist in many cases! We’ve also got Leoronix now which is given out to all the new players and the older SE protector/stun absorb monsters. I think there’s plenty to defend your team from stun just with those… the legendary stun converters and counters are just upgraded versions, as you could say with many of the other legendaries when comparing to other monsters.

Make only pvp’s without Stun. Than the prob is fixed

I’m saying that the game is way too easy. Maybe the devs can add “pro” levels in some events where stun and sleep cant be used. This way no one meeds to complain. Like a floor 13 tower which would be hard even for the top players or something

Sleeb bomb has 100% to sleep monstera. Spam that and make sure gear death sentence is stuck on them. That should fo iy for uc.

Just rework shocking enterance guys to traget one monster and have diffrent skill set.

Speak for yourself when you say the game is way to easy! You guys are pros and the ease in which you can finish events is in no way a reflection of the majority of players.

Some events are extremely difficult. Take dungeon challenge as an example. No way in hell I could have finished that event with my 20+ legends. Just to difficult. Couldn’t even reach the flippin legend pots. I asked for help in the forum and couldn’t find a solution with what I had. I need reliable sleep monsters…

Whale island is also very hard to complete. I got some better monsters now, perhaps I can go further next time. I couldn’t get past level 600 in UC…I ranked in top 500 for that event. That means 100k+ people couldn’t finish it.

I’ve never completed Garcia game of hoards. Came closer last time and I’ll try harder this time. If anything there are way too many stun resistant monsters out there.

They just keep coming…

Surely the buffed monsters are already pro level? Maybe they should make nightmare level just don’t bring that to dungeon challenge please…:sweat_smile:

Putting limitations on monsters for PvP only is a good idea.

Eg:
stun counters limited to 2 per team (future Proof)
Auto-protectors limited to 4 per team
Shocking entrance limited to 3 per team
Auto-poisoners limited to 3 per team
Stun convertors limited to 4 per team
Edit: Roaring entrance 3 per team

Just examples of what I mean don’t get worked up. This is gonna become increasingly necessary as more monsters get released. It’s a type of future proofing.

Stun counters really should be limited though. 1 in a team is enough!
