I started Neo Monster 4 days ago, I have about 165 gems thanks to the login and the daily rewards for the Anniversary, I’m still on the third Island of Story Mode, I don’t have any Legendary Monsters at the moment, what do you recommend I spend my 6-star Tickets on? Do you recommend I spend gems on an Anniversary Banner that I like?
I have a small question about the game. Can I start my monster collection using the Anniversary Banners, or should I reach 500 gems to multiply them at the Shrines? Right now, I only have 165 gems and 5 days in the game. Thank you very much in advance. @Killerdog
Those decisions ultimately need to be made by you alone. It’s always tricky at the beginning because you need monsters but also need to save up gems for the shrine.
You’re going to get a lot of gems from login during this period and there should be a 600 gem shrine that would be good to target, but I’m not sure whether you can get that much without spending.
With the anniversary eggs, the main bonus for veterans is the mythic guaranteed every 10th pack. However, that’s not something you can really take advantage of because you won’t have enough gems nor will getting an extra copy of a mythic matter if you’re still not awakening it.
The bonus for you is they’re festivals (1.5x legendary and super epic drop rate) with 4 legendaries featured rather than two (better variety) so you’re more likely to get useful monsters to play with for the gems you spend.
If I were in your position I’d probably do no hatching and see if I can get up to the 600 gems for the anniversary shrine but if not then hatch a small number of packs in eggs with legendaries that I want, hoping to get a couple. Then after that point have the goal of having 500 gems for future shrines.
Since you’re on the islands right now, anything you hatch from an egg will likely give you a lot more to work with and get you started nicely on the online content. Just remember that you’ll also be restricted by how many evolution materials you have.
Imo if you are still in offline story then you should save up gems and wait for the shrine because as KD said even if you hatch you won’t have enough material to evolve them and without evolution no leg or mythic can perform.
But ultimately it’s upto you to decide.
