I’m probably not going to buy the next game, considering what I’ve gotten from this… If every game isn’t going to last more than a couple of days, I don’t think its worth it.

I’m on the realistic side, and it’s pretty clear to me what’s going on.
I hate to argue but. I’ve had games that lasted longer than this. For the time I was playing it the games I’ve had could’ve lasted me two weeks at most. Well I guess its nothing to argue about but I’m just saying I was kind of saddened by the slow storyline.
Let’s look at it this way:
60 hours is a good amount of time to make it through a storyline. A little simplistic but it succeeded in its main goal.
@Ash: we can’t be 100% certain, though. Yes, they could just as easily abandon the game or they could be splitting their time between the two.
I would like to ask for patience from all parties and just wait and see.

And, well, you can be realistic and positive, yeah? I’m trying to be both. Optimism + reality = best mix in my opinion. That applies to pretty much everything haha

DP & Kook, you 2 are mods & being optimistic & all is very normal.
Why don’t you try to get the devs to speak up on the forum or facebook. See what their plans are. At this rate, more long time players will stop playing & no one will help the new players…
They have some…personal priorities that are taking a bit of precedence at the moment.
They’ll come on as soon as they can.
The thing is, I think I have the weakest relationship with the devs. We (most mods) weren’t hired by them, we don’t get paid or anything, we’re just normal users with deleting powers. That’s all. And I haven’t heard from them lately, but it’s probably because I don’t really contact them either.
There’s absolutely no harm in PMing the devs or maybe email them. I’m not sure FB is really the way to go on these sort of things. Or maybe I’m biased because I hate Facebook haha.

Can you list some of the games? Because for ipod/ iphone games i don’t really know of any game thats storyline is much longer than this. Don’t list games like final fantasy thought because single player rpgs like that yes… of course it will be longer but their company is also a lot bigger and have more resources at their hands to develop games.
Tajid i spoke to Ryan about their plans they have something planned and they said they will make an announcement of it. Although i have no idea when any of that is planned on happening.
I personally like Zenonia 3 & 4 storylines. Also, Wild Frontier’s storyline. Destinia also had a pretty good storyline.
But, those games I listed up there are purely single player. I think some have PvP but I’m sure it’s automated, and I think a lot of people can agree that AI is BORING. >>
In my opinion, HI has a very, very good storyline. It’s much better than DIB’s, it’s appropriately paced, there’s good grammar/spelling, and it’s interesting too. Plus, there are very memorable characters. Not to mention the little side stories. I love those things, and I think the devs did a good job with the game story-wise.
Still wish there were more, though.

They (admins) have had many things promised & planned, can be seen on the forum & chat & unfortunately none has been implemented - not being negative but that’s the reality…

One of the most serious problem is the stego/charc. The second is bonus actions. The third is egg timers. All should be easy fixes. I do not care about their improvements that will help their next game. If they want people to buy it, they should fix the most serious problems for the current game. They don’t have to fix everything at once. Just fix something!
It’s the reality of the situation, an unfortunate one at that.
There are some very good criticisms that we absolutely have to keep in mind for future purposes, not to attack them with it but to help them become better developers.
If we all work together as a community, we can get this taken care of 
They’ll be fixing it. I can’t promise you anything more than that. As I stated in a previous post, personal priorities take…well, priority, for lack of a better word. They haven’t been ignoring anyone here but when life demands attention, you gotta take care of real life

Although, don’t most people do invite now? Or no? If through invite, you can always request the others to not use stego+charc, skip 2+ bonus actions, etc.
Egg timers… that’s an old issue, but still an issue. Still, I don’t hear it come up as much anymore. Thank goodness.

Coming to this forum & giving very clear indication of what we should be expecting wouldn’t take 30 mins…
I’ve seen that most problems are in PVP. I believe that their should be rules/restrictions as a setting, and others who chose that one would battle you. This would work sort of like the (if you’ve ever played it) Pokemon PVP in terms of restrictions/rules. Their could be no OMs, no egg only, etc.
