:shield: Suggestion: Improve the Anti-Hack System in Neo Monsters

Hello everyone,

I would like to suggest an urgent improvement to the anti-hack system in Neo Monsters, based on what I’ve been observing in various player groups within the community.

:cross_mark: Current Problem:

I’ve noticed that the use of hacks is becoming increasingly viral among certain players. Some of the most common ones include:
• Unlimited capture hack: ensures that captures never fail.
• Max defense and attack hack: makes monsters nearly invincible.

These hacks completely corrupt the game, break its balance, and cause many players to lose interest in fair competition.

This isn’t something I’m making up — I’ve personally spoken with several of these players. I asked them directly about the conditions and details of the hacks, and they confirmed exactly how they work. When I ask them to stop using them, they just tell me they’ll never get caught, that the game will never ban them, as if they know that Neo Monsters has no real security or detection system.

This creates a lot of frustration, because it feels like anyone can cheat without consequence, which completely devalues the efforts of honest players.

:white_check_mark: Why it’s important to improve the anti-hack system:
• To restore players’ trust in the game.
• To improve the competitive and fair gameplay experience.
• To stop the spread of these hacks before things get worse.
• To show that the developers care about their community.
• To prevent legitimate players from quitting out of frustration.

:light_bulb: Core Idea:

Please consider improving the hack detection and punishment system. It’s not just about punishing cheaters, but about protecting the integrity of the game and its community. Even if it can’t be completely eliminated, making a visible effort would already make a big difference.

:speech_balloon: Personal Comment:

Honestly, it frustrates me to see how easily some players get things done, while I have to work really hard just to build my own team and win battles that are incredibly difficult for me.
I don’t consider myself an expert player, but I do have experience, and even so, many events are still very challenging.
Meanwhile, I see other players using random teams — with no synergy or strategy at all — and they defeat everything in a blink.
That’s just not fair, not for me or for any player who truly puts in the effort.

Thank you for reading this suggestion

Do the right thing and report the cheaters by saying their IGN’s and friend codes. It starts with you.

Thank you for your continuous contribution ideas to enhance everybody’s gaming experience.

Please try to keep personal tagging to a minimum if not necessary.

I agree to your ideas, but I like to mention that measurements were already taken in some extent.

There were ban announcement threads before and everybody who cheats with a mod risks being permanently banned from the online section of the game.

VKC also stated, that everybody who uses the official Google Playstore or Apple Store version, will not get banned. Using a VPN for example will not lead into a ban, since many players have to rely on a VPN.

Did they show you what hero rank their accounts are? Or how long they’ve had the account?

It’s very easy to use hacks in this game, but if they participate in online content they will be detected and banned. Honestly, it’s stupid to cheat in this game because you can’t really use the account properly to actually have fun with what you cheated to get. From my understanding, most people who do it are either:

  • a new player being greedy and they get banned after a short while then get very sad
  • someone building the account to then sell online and pretend the account is legit, only for the buyer to have the account banned when they play with it
  • someone being very sneaky and avoiding all the content where they would get detected, meaning they don’t get to actually enjoy the game properly

Hackers have always existed in the game, but you won’t see any that manage to stick around because they get detected and banned. The developers upgrade their detection from time to time when they become aware of a new way people are hacking.

and if the game had a verification system that is set in the size of the game. , the same game can check itself before entering online and if the data does not coincide, it would be detected very fast, it is true I do not know as if all those downloaded by Play Store are 100% equal, but the Play Store game comes without bookstore files which could be a good review point

:folded_hands: Thank you so much for caring about my post.
Let me explain the following:

I can assure you that the players I’ve personally seen using hacks are usually above rank 80 :warning:. The highest rank I’ve seen using hacks was around 250-something . One player in particular had over 24 awakened monsters :scream: and was clearly using hacks :stop_sign:.

I asked him directly why he used hacks :face_with_raised_eyebrow:, and he told me it was to get double rewards :money_bag:. According to him, the hack is related to monster capturing :bullseye: — not only does it let you capture the monster more easily, but it also gives you double, as if the reward gets multiplied :repeat_button::sparkles:.

Now, I want to clarify that I personally don’t know much about how these hacks work :woman_shrugging:, and I’m not really sure what he meant by “multiplying the capture”. I’m just sharing what I’ve seen and what I was told directly :eyes:.

:memo: Note:
I agree with your opinion :+1:. New players tend to be really greedy . In fact, I met one who’s barely rank 30 :grimacing: and already has 4 shiny monsters! :sparkles::sparkles::sparkles::sparkles:

You would help a lot if you obtained the friendship code, the player’s tag or a photo of his range along with the monsters
