Hello, I would like you to help me, what happens is that I lost my account or rather they banned it because of a cousin of mine. I would like to know how I can recover it. I would greatly appreciate it. I am new here.
Its always a cousin, a friend … or someone else , people never admit they hacked , a banned account if cheat is confirmed is definitive and irreversible, so you better start a new account this time don’t share it with your cousin and dont use any hack or mod ok it

Well, as far as I know, I am legal, I have the Playstore application, so if you don’t know, don’t give your opinion.
People always get really defensive when the subject of a hacked account comes up. Facts of the matter is that, typically, an account only gets banned because it was a hacked account with hacked monsters (APK, whatever people wanna call it) or because the restore code is being used multiple times across different devices in attempt to manipulate the software in some way such as double hatching, using tickets for events simultaneously to get an edge of some sort, you get the picture.
Regardless if it’s hacked or not, account banning is usually due to some form of rule breaking in the Terms and Conditions of the Neo Monsters app. Its also clearly stated on the opening screens that you do NOT share your restore code with anyone as account sharing is not allowed, thus that in itself can warrant a ban. Whatever it is that got you banned, be it from your cousin or you, take it up with @Dev_VKC and he can help you from there.
Also, as far as the “my cousin did something” but is concerned, this game has been around for years and many members, including myself, have been around for years, and the “cousin” or “sibling” or “friend did something” excuse has come up so often that if I had a gem for Everytime that excuse was used, I wouldnt have to save for Shrine.
