Account ban is a frequently recurring problem and question which a lot of players experience.

What is the reason behind this message?

To give every Neo Monsters player the same playing experience, the game developers decided to add measurements to the games terms and conditions and the game itself, which avoid cheating.

What can be the reason why this message appears?

• usage of a modded version of the game

• account sharing

• using a purchased account or an account you got as present is also considered account sharing

If any of this applies to you, please start a new account with the official version of Neo Monsters from the following sources:

• Google Playstore

• Apple App Store

Keep in mind, that these are the only game versions that are considered official releases. Do not use a different store, *.apk or other version apart from these.

What can you do if your country doesn’t allow you to have a payment method?

As a workaround you can try to use a VPN to get access to the official version and buy it through the time period where the game is set free of charge. This usually happened every 3 weeks in the past. This might work for you, but it is not officially supported.

• your friend code

• your purchase receipt

• a detailed description of your problem and why you think you’re banned without an appropriate reason

With this information the developers can look into your account and see if and how they can help you with the situation.

Before you send the appeal think thoroughly whether you did any of these things:

1. Used apk or anything like that
2. Got your account from someone (the account is not originally yours)
3. Shared your account with someone

All of those are offenses that can/will result in a ban.

Also if you post your FRIEND code (NOT your restore code) here, we can tag Dev Vkc and he will hopefully check your account when he has time!
