This has become a mainstream issue now for top players and is undermining the point of pvp and a leaderboard.
There are a couple problems here:
People are taking control of other’s monsters. This is a huge problem. Not entirely sure what could cause this internally but it is probably someone hijacking the other persons input through some sort of exploit.
Direct monster hacking. People will go into the client-side code and change the code around for monsters. Leading to unlimited TT, stun flash, etc. . .
EASY FIX:
For each account keep a server-side list of the monsters and their code that are client side. Once a week or month compare the code on the server with the code of the monsters client side. If there is anything different about the client-side code, ban the account.
Multiple of the same monster in a team. This is probably caused by someone creating a new monster in-client. Then assigning the same moves, graphics, and animations to said monster. This is then regarded by the game as a seperate entity. Leading to 2 monsters in 1 team.
Best fix for this is probably the same as for 2. Store a list of the monsters on the server and once a week/month ban any accounts who’s monster lists don’t add up.
The easiest fix for all of these would be to hire someone to comb through the internet and blacklist all the sites that have hacks on them. Doing this will make sure that very few new hacks are made and if you are persistent enough. People will not make hacks anymore because their site will get blacklisted.
I have pinned this for the devs to keep an eye on. I want to ask everyone here to please look at the name of everyone they run into so that if you find someone hacking then you can post them here for the devs to look at. Perhaps the devs will be able to narrow down how the hackers do it and be able to patch the hackers out or down to very small amounts.
I understand that hackers can be very upsetting. But instead of complaining, lets help the devs get rid of them so don’t have to deal with them anymore. Alright?

Pinning this topic is pointless. Though the motive behind it is constructive, however it will still get a poor response from the devs. Btw i’m not making them seem bad in any way; they are busy people and i understand that completely.
The majority of the legitimate playerbase have been complaining about the whole pvp experience for the past couple of days. This “experience” also applies to players off the forum.
Most of the time we get responses like “we’ll look into it” but next pvp it is the same issue all over again. Again, the devs do a great job with what they put into the game. But what’s the point of balancing mons in the game if we can’t have decent pvp matches with them? Due to reasons i don’t have to state.
This is a topic that needs to be attended to. But pinning it to ensure the devs see it is false hope. At the very least, if they don’t skim read through the topic and not reply, they’ll give a vague response like “we are looking into the issue of pvp and are striving towards a smoother pvp experience etc”. Which they had over a year to do…
Nonetheless pvp now is much better than it was before. So credit is given where credit is due. I’m not angry or pessimistic, i’m simply stating how it is. I like the game.
Would be easier if the opponents name would be shown the whole match, but it’s hard implementing needed stuff if you are busy creating new monsters and other lower priority stuff.

His idea of the fix is actually really good though. you could easily create a database with each players monsters in it. Update this every time he rolls an egg and only allow free to catch monsters and ingredients to be added between two hatches. If the system catches a glitch they can manually check before they allow this player to go only again.
Egg rolls should be saved as well to double secure no legends are added before he does the first roll. Or check regularly in between or every time app restarts implementing this shouldn’t take longer than a few hours for their team.
They seem to play from a desktop pc with an emulator. I have uploaded a video in line that shows a strange cross like from a mouse… I doubt it’s possible from a phone…
My four accounts and my clanmates met a guy who can force us to get a defeat (and lose points) directly in his turn when he lost his fl. I still don’t know the reason of those defeats (might be disconnecting).
I don’t play PVP due to its ridiculous slowdown (don’t even see the move until several seconds later) and how it puts you against players who have a far better team than you. Pointless if you’ve absolutely no chance of winning.
Had a strong lead against takuro and convieniently DCed. Anyone else had problems against him? I never have against him before but i had a big edge on him this time
After disconnection didn’t appear once yesterday it seems to be an issue again, just lost 60BP because of DC. I think you can’t blame players for that but the devs. So I also dont think Takuro is a hacker.
I just took a 60 point drop aswell heros to a dc someone 300 points lower. And no I don’t think takuro is I have matched him alot and never had any problems I just wanted to see if anyone else had a problem against him
