We have conducted another ban wave using a method we had not used before, and we successfully caught several accounts that were cheating in PvE events.
We are very confident in the credibility and accuracy of this method. If your account is banned and you don’t know why, please ask the person who gave or sold you the account, or the person you shared it with. Please understand that we may not respond to any messages regarding these bans.
Do not cheat.
We are aware that some users have attempted to contribute to their communities by sharing methods to exploit or cheat in the game. This does not help anyone. We maintain complete records on our end, and if you have not been caught, it only means we have not checked your account yet.
Please refrain from cheating. It hurts us deeply to lose great players by having to ban them from the game.
If I share my account between two phones (for example, mine and a friend’s), will only one of the two accounts get banned if the other is cheating or using an unofficial app?
What VKC said is that for the people who have never cheated on their banned account but have shared the account with another player then what’s happened is the other person using the account has cheated.
He mentioned this because he expects some people to be confused when their account is banned and they are certain they have never cheated, but they know that other people have used the account at some point.
