Shh they are beta players , they get extra rewards , and they have the right to speak on behalf of the devs.

They cannot fix a broken game its too late the story maps are one dimensional there is no feeling of exploration its a walk this island battle the trainers along the way in a straight line type of game. Hunter Island had a sense of freedom that doesnt exist in this game at all. You cant just add that in with an update those islands will still be one dimensional islands with set paths. They can however add the legendaries into the wild at a similiar drop rate to the dragons in hunter island. But even then the game is missing something. & for those saying “Wait til pvp drops” the PVP will be guaranteed horrible. you still need a good team of legendaries to compete with the guys who were lucky enough to pull 3-4 since the release. & for those saying its beatable & oh ive beat it multiple times, yada yada yada, congratulations, just because YOU beat it doesnt mean some enemies are overpowered & extremely difficult to beat, they gave bosses legendaries & super epics that we cant even get our hands on. I DONT CARE that you beat it like at all, when compared to hunter island this game doesnt even touch it in any way shape or form, im actually replaying Hunter Island as we speak. I have freedom in hunter island I can explore & capture great monsters with no problem without purchasing eggs, & I dont run out of energy for entering dungeons that takes forever to replenish, my monsters dont require ingredients to evolve just good ol fashion leveling up, I dont need training points to advance my monsters, this game lost ALL OF THAT. They have a HUGE update to reward us with for NEO MONSTERS those devs better get on it.

What you guys do not comprehend is that the fact that story/ single player is hard is the lesser problem.
Yes, you can beat it with totally free monsters, we understood, but why in the first place I have to pay for powerful monsters, just why when HI gave you the opportunity to find them with luck on the wilds or buy eggs if you had the will to spend money?
Second thing, everyone talks about beta, it’s a beta, just wait and this sort of things.

Guys, since when releasing a game in a beta stage instead of a full release is a good thing?
Have we forgot the time when games were actually full and not cut, even when did by very small companies? Only because the game industry today seems to find good and nice and easy to distribute unpolished games doesn’t mean it’s a thing consumers should going over with. And if you want to release on the AppStore a beta stage game, YOU WRITE IT, not pretend it’s polished and then writing “COMING SOON” in the games inside functions.
So yes, bad and false marketing is really an issue here.
Hunter Island wasn’t full polished yet at the release but there was online and the game was great even without its pvp component. This isn’t even good, the more I play it, the more I understand how much of a cash-cow is it.

Edit: plus they made other two games like this in the past years, it’s not a “new company”.

There hasnt been anyone else in any of the forums make this outrageous claim that you can beat the game with just epics or below…unless you can of course provide the recipe for the voodoo magic strategy youre using with the 200 catchable monsters in the game to beat the grand four? 

New chapter is on going, the extra storage system of the monsters is proceeding, new challenge section after you pass through the main strory can alse being seen on the main screen (with the title ‘coming soon’). Don’t tell me you do not know it! Actually It can be seen even to everyone. But so what? There is always someone saying it is boring (not you)…~~

So now, could you please tell me am I just guessing? Or just some blind eyes to someone?~~

The point I was making is that there isn’t proper communication. Yes, the game informs us that there will be a “new chapter”. Does that address the complaints people are having? Not really. In fact, it doesn’t say a single thing about these issues. 

The main issue is the monetization system, which, I’ll admit, is among the worst monetization systems I’ve ever seen done in a game. This is especially true given an upfront cost is required to be paid as well.

The developers have to speak on this. Other members who are not developers can’t speak on this (unless they’ve been given information by the developers), and that’s why people won’t listen to these members. They’re not the developers.

Are there developers here ? Or is this more of a fun forum ?

The developers do visit the forums, but they’re known to be a bit… quiet. Unfortunately.

Let me clarify my statement: The examples I gave before are just to tell you I am not guessing (since you have admited that it is not proper, fine)~~

Back to the topic, the main issues are:

  1. If the game is unbeatable with not paying a single dolloar

  2. If there is a big advantage of the one who bug some eggs during the pvp section

  3. Is it really that boring of the game except paying money, roll the eggs and make some collection after you beat the main story

  4. Is P2W the only way in this game

So now answer:

  1. NO! As it has been explained by others, but the one who is complainning do not believe it. So thats why I ask tib do not explain any further

  2. This is my only aggreement with the poster, it should be a big advantage if the pvp system is the same like HI in this new game. So I also agree with you that this is nealy the most ugly monetization system. But does that mean there would be no change in the future? I can not answer. But to me, I would be patient to wait for the news coming, after all NM is not the only thing in my life~~

It would be nice that there is some complaint in the forum, which pushes the developer to make some change. I just want to say stay away of the angry bird with ear covered. Thats all~~

I would generally agree with what you said. I look at these two issues:

  1. PvP.

  2. Collecting all monsters.

Both of these are meaningful to at least many players. Both of these are ruined by the current monetization system. And that’s going to hurt this game.

This game won’t be pay to win for long i was in chat with admin and he said that you will be able to get good monsters from that the game just came out be patient

also, other beta testers have pointed out how much harder some things were in beta, yet doable. those complaining about later content, try without ultra evolutions while several late opponents had monsters that would freeze the game if they got to attack at all (including a grand four member and the champ).

I agree that some moves seem a bit too greedy with this release, I do. but those saying their eggs arent enough (not to mention the transfer) either gives up too easily (a legit reason to make this claim would be getting 3+ duplicates in eggs, Ive bought a few due to way too many duplicates) or expect the game to be beaten in a few hours.

That’s true. I hope there is a similar live mission in HI made in this game; challendge to win the uncatchable monster in the wild. Then most of the problem can be solved. At least currently, I would not pay anyting for the game, there are too many things unsure~~

And for pvp/collecting purposes its another issue, I agree that the system seriously hurts collecting and might make pvp very unfair depending on how its implemented.

The problem is that it was said in chat (to two people) and not on the forums in a topic… it amazes me.

got To love that their way of making more content for the game is to remove the ability to grind experience and farm for rares and lock everything behind timers and make the enemy have better monsters with better stats no cost and full of monsters with anti abilitys like protect killer and sleep killer making half you guys get one shot because unlike them your guys don’t have 5k health and they hit for 1300 on a normal attack which means things like sleep killer and un-buffed bloodcrave hit for 4k

strategy only goes so are you know when your enemy is better than you in every way and has counters to all your strategy and considering how hard the story is and how hard the bonus dungeons are just to get some crappy epics I hate to see just how the won’t be easy to get legendarys are.

This game is not pay to win. It’s pay to keep losing because paying doesn’t guarantee you anything.

Pay to win means you pay and you win.

Hunter Island - Had a vast world to explore
Neo Monsters - Limited to one dimensional islands with a set path

Hunter Island - Could catch every monster regardless if you pay for eggs
Neo Monsters - Need to buy gems to open eggs to capture any legendary monsters at all none available on the one dimensional islands

Hunter Island - Original RPG you train your monsters & level up as you progress
Neo Monsters - Useless training point system that requires you keep adding training sessions to your monsters, they run out of training sessions, the only way to regain training sessions is by collecting de aging fruit which is locked by not only a key that replenishes once every 24 hours when you use it, but you have the option to use GEMS to get it done quicker, De Aging fruit cost silver, 5000 to be exact, silver is locked behind another online dungeon that costs another silver key, you get 3 silver keys to begin with, energy to enter each dungeon cost 10-20 energy (Yes you also have a energy bar) once you run out of energy you have to use gems to get your energy back or wait. See where im going here ? why cant I level my monsters the good ol fashion way instead of them implementing a cheap system we didnt need for then to make more money ? This is a god damn cash grab whoever says its not is delusional.

There is nothing better about neo monsters besides the updated animation.
