My Voidress is invalid??

Account sharing/trading is prohibited by our term of service. We may turn a blind eye on the small case or the case we cannot determine, but definitely not to the extent of this one. This is ridiculous and outrageous, as well as your request. Do not take everything for granted.

this is the second time something like this happen and you have stated that someone was using a mod apk on my account and deleted monsters, last time this happend i was shocked. Because the account was used by @Anne who is very known in the neo community as a legitimate player and by no means she would delete monsters or use mods.

What happened is your account was using illegal token monster in the battle. I don’t know if you cheated or Anne cheated or someone else cheated, what we are certain is the act of cheating itself is confirmed. And we decided to give you an exception not to ban it. Thank you for making it on public. We have learned our lesson from DLGZ issue. There will not be any exception.

From what i believe the account was hacked since what you saying right now doesnt make any sense since the monster is not deleted and its still in the monster list and this is the second time something like this happens to the account and in both times the code was not needed to log back in which is something really weird considering you said that someone had to restore and delete the monsters.

We have investigated. Voidress was deleted by someone for sure. The reason why she is still in the team is because:

1. You haven’t restored the account to update to the latest save progress.
2. You or Loki who still have her in the team have been playing the account and the save progress overriders the one where she was deleted.

Either way, it doesn’t change the fact she was deleted, and this is one of the risks of account sharing. Most of the games are not designed for multiple users playing the same account at the same time. We have seen so many bugs caused by account sharing. Do not share your account with anyone.
