From what i believe the account was hacked since what you saying right now doesnt make any sense since the monster is not deleted and its still in the monster list and this is the second time something like this happens to the account and in both times the code was not needed to log back in which is something really weird considering you said that someone had to restore and delete the monsters.

We have investigated. Voidress was deleted by someone for sure. The reason why she is still in the team is because:

1. You haven’t restored the account to update to the latest save progress.
2. You or Loki who still have her in the team have been playing the account and the save progress overriders the one where she was deleted.

Either way, it doesn’t change the fact she was deleted, and this is one of the risks of account sharing. Most of the games are not designed for multiple users playing the same account at the same time. We have seen so many bugs caused by account sharing. Do not share your account with anyone. Do not share your account with anyone.

It doesn’t matter what you think. Someone, whether it was Mr. X, Anne, or a different person entirely, used cheats on the account and that is a fact. Now unless you’d like to argue that cheaters shouldn’t be banned, I think it’s pretty clear banning the account is quite justified.

We thought the same about Laxus and some other DLGZ members, yet they still used enormously powerful cheats with the full knowledge it was cheating. You can’t trust anyone on the internet fully… which is a big reason why it’s a bad idea to account share!
