Would changing protect team to link death wish be good then change nebel ss to link shield all?
Well i know what your talking about… got both of them since the beginning, was ones of my first legenderies. And yea, im never using them.
However, they are cloners with DR. You need to be carefull with their moveset.
I REALLY DONT WANNA SEE THEM BECOME META .
If they become common, it will be a boring game, so yea - i prefer them being bench warmers. You can still find them a use that only them can achive, such as UC. I just dont want them to go common in pvp.
Btw, nebel’s SS does need to be changed.
UC, why should I use it over emerald or geartyrant?

I don’t see why everyone is like “It has DR and clone, so it has to be weak”. Makes no sense.

Easy, you shouldn’t.
Some monsters are stronger then others, if you got them - choose them. You got 16 spots in a team, obviously you gonna choose the better ones if you have. But using the DR cloners for UC is possible, just takes longer. Alot are using them in FL in there anyway, while ermelard/gear will come later. You got options, you can choose whatever you like.
And btw, i consider nebel and cosmo around the same tier as gear and ermelard in pvp.
And why i dont want them to become meta? You think this is stupid? Sure, lets all throw a bunch of DR monster to hit some random monsters and call it a strategy game (shut up gary)
So why should the monsters even exist then if they will always be useless?
If I have better options for the one place that they might be useful, and I shouldn’t use them, then why do they exist at all?
Nebel is a different form of sweeper. If any other sweeper gets a turn, then they can kill something. Some can kill 2 at a time. Nebel simply every other turn kills a monster, but only when the opponent decides to deal with it.
Gear isn’t usable in pvp, but emerald absolutely is, and emerald totally outclasses the both of them with camouflage.

Their place in UC or similars is on lets say ariund FL with auro. Thats a better option then gear or ermelard near auro.
What i ment is there are better strategies, just like ermelard is better then gear for example. But for their own job with auro, they are the best.

You make 1 duplicate, and then get 1 more at the end. That’s it. Blood duplicate is at the end of the team. So still useless.
If their place is that, then they are very sorry monsters indeed.
Well before i had gear i used a sleep lock with creating 50 cosmo dupes. Take time, but it works.
There is always a “best strategy”. You cant make everything “the best option”, because then it wont be the best.
Just because the monster has something about it that works, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t need a large buff.
@Zardecil Good point re Auro being a limited legend. Remember too that Auro’s heal rearguard and instant switch teammate SS can be very powerful in certain situations.
There are simply better things to use auro for.
Aurodragon isn’t limited, it’s in the rare egg. I agree there are better uses for Auro than the DR duplicators… but in UC it’s a very solid strategy (my UC team gets 20-30th using this strategy).
The DR duplicators have their place in UC. They mainly suffer in PvE because we face teams of 20 or 24 in most cases… which is probably to avoid cheese strategies like the DR duplicators would offer. They can only become viable if you use them carefully with monsters like Aurodragon, but there are better options (as there should be). For PvP the DR duplicators maybe should have a place because it’s 16 vs 16 but they could very easily be overpowered with a buff, especially because combinations may open up with other monsters if they had their moveset changed. They’re good how they are in my opinion, people just expect them to have uses which they don’t. They duplicate and have DR, that’s what they do.
Whitethorn’s idea about making cryo/sancta 80% speed with 120s stun revenge and shield entrance lol sooooo OP there I’m not even going to make a further comment.
I think nebel and Cosmo are fine the way they are @Zardecil
But if they get buffed I won’t complain

Why don’t we delete Nebel and Cosmo and give a new or any other legend to those who have these useless legends because a monster only good in one event and also that with the help of goldtail(sleep lock) is worst even box is better than them you can’t buff them without making them op
You’re right, boxjaw is better as they act as entrance control, and bronzeshell can accelerate your team, at least.
I think though that they are fixable such that they are non-op.
It’s absolutely ridiculous to just not buff monsters that obviously call for it just because they “have their use”. I’ve had cosmo for a long long time now, and I basically never ever use it. I certainly don’t put him in pvp, because why do that when I can bring drako or aegis instead? Simply no contest. As for UC, I used him for a brief period of time, but I quickly gave it up in favor of other monsters, since it’s ridiculously slow and the chain dies in one hit. He’s simply inferior- Geartyrant is better, Delugazar is better, Emeraldeus is better, even CRYPTBLADE is better than this thing. A super freaking epic does the job better than this sorry excuse for a legendary. Seems like it’s time to change something to me.
What I’m thinking is increase the speed but increase TU on clone, so that he can quickly make the chain or throw up protect, but can’t do both too absurdly quickly. Also change the moves to blood clone and step back, to make the chain more immediately threatening. Two death revenge protectors can REALLY ruin your day, believe me. More speed will make him so much more efficient, giving the opponent less time to stop the chain. He’ll also be much faster in UC, and reduce the vulnerability window. One more thing, give nebel a better SS, because risky heal in general is an absolutely pathetic move.
