Are you really unable to remember what your opponent used right after you finish playing against them? That’s what you’re implying when you say that removing it would stop players from improving their teams.

i can see what you are trying to say about it leading to players feeling an extra amount of pressure to win games if thier rate drops but honestly I feel like just looking at a loss in the battle log does the same thing.
i feel like at the same time having a point of reference is useful to judge whether or not you are performing better or worse with whatever team you have decided to try.
i think ranked should have separate winrate from general PvP as a lot of ppl experiment during unranked. possibly removing winrate from unranked entirely could spur more people to be even more creative ( i think this is what rocket is trying to suggest)
i think the perfect solution to this is unobtainable as there will always be people who want to reflect on how they have done.
atm the moment you have to click to see it so really that could be the best solution available.
ultimately until we get a jerbo buff nobody will get good enough winrates anyway.
but im just a PvE player. so meh.

This is the best answer yet but I disagree that this is the minority of players that are operating like this,I believe it’s the majority it’s almost impossible not to focus on it and I think that’s detrimental to the gaming experience. I think win rate and what it represents matters alot to a lot of players whether they want to admit it or not.
Win matters a lot to you, says the guy bragging to beat me cause he can’t win against players around his level, love ya! Where have ya been?
