Check around or ask old players who will agree with me. I’m not confusing anyone, it’s just that no one remembers it because it was nerfed back in late 2020 and early 2021, I don’t remember the exact date but I’m sure of it.
Why not make eclipse snatch enemy since it cost 17 and need a sacrifice. Good buff idea btw
@IronFist see!? I knew it. You just Misslook it with angelion.
Voidress Mandela Effect just dropped
I remember almost all this stuff. I promise you your memory is incorrect. Voidress released in December 2018, shortly after the 3rd anniversary along with the first mythics. At the time we couldn’t view the movesets of mythics in the game properly so I tried to collect that information together into a thread. I’ve since deleted that thread, but as a moderator I can still view it. Here’s the entry I had for Voidress…
Vainess / Voidress
56%, 17, standard defence
Ultralux (250TU) → Power slash (160TU) [piercing high damage], Payback killer (100TU), Ritual VI (50TU) [backstab a legendary], Bloodbath (160TU) [blood hit all, 3 kills required]
Eclipse (100TU) [sacrifice rockoid for massive piercing damage to one enemy, not triggering revenge]
Camouflage, Shield entrance
In bold is what it got from awakening. As you can see, it’s almost identical to now except they lowered the TU of the ritual move and made power slash become man eater, which is the recent buff most people here will remember.
Someone said ,back then Myth cost 15 and second form cost 12. Is that true? They buff it bcoz not many myth back then.
Yes, that’s how they were at release. The mythics at the start were not worth the +2 cost so rather than increasing team cost or buffing them enough to make them worth it they reduced their cost by 1.
before GTA 6 ![]()
STOP TRYNA STEAL ME ![]()
You guys are right, sorry for the confusion. I talked to VKC and he confirmed what you guys said. But I swear I was sure she did that. It’s not that I got confused with Angelion, I was sure she did it. Well it’s okay, sorry for the misunderstanding I created.
There are a lot of monsters and a lot of skills to memorize, and some are very similar. There is Angelion and Sacrumega who have almost identical skills, maybe that was my confusion. Please don’t laugh at me, anyone can make a mistake.![]()

Seeing that the same broken poison endgame combo (Freezecobra, Asmodia, Scorpiogeist and Deathgazer) still runs wild after so many years, there’s not much hope that any relevant nerfs will happen.
Look there’s an inevitable truth
If P2W players struggle and lose against a particular strategy that is widely available or destroys their brainless Mythic spam then they will ask for nerfs and the devs will be forced to nerf it(For obvious reasons)
We saw it with Stun lock, Rock lock, Poison Eg, Myst Poseidon and now it’s gonna happen with EDs
Aside from maybe stun lock, the players that got the most out of these strats had huge collections lol
Not really no
No? Alright let’s go through them one by one.
Rock lock - It was used by gary, lemon, a few DLGZ cheaters, some other whales idk. This was by far the most collection dependent strat since you couldn’t run it without owning very specific mons. I’m not quite sure why it was mentioned here since the rock lock nerf had literally nothing to do with f2p or p2w.
Poison endgame - A lot of f2p did use them back when nectareon was good, but the best versions were always locked behind awakened asmodia. Barely anyone had it back then so it honestly wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. @tuiyou gave us a preview of what those poison endgames were like. They would’ve been sped up some of the poison nerfs by at least a full year if it didn’t take so long for more players to awaken asmodia. Also I’m pretty sure a majority of top 1s in the past 1-2 (3? not sure) used poison endgames.
AS myst + poseidon - This one mostly did benefit players with smaller collections. It was also obviously broken. I’d say EDs are the modern version of myst + poseidon.
The common denominator for these strats is that they all needed to be nerfed and that wouldn’t have changed regardless of how many or how few f2ps and p2ws used them.
Stun lock - This actually could be a major f2p vs p2w issue. I think I’ll make a post about them in a bit
Interesting
Well as you said the collection had a bigger impact to lead rock lock and poison Eg. For the rest not really (if I followed you correctly) hence the fact that I said not really above
What I find interesting is that individually broken monsters rarely get touched, its always the one with specific combo
Abyssoldiers
Maeve
EDs
The Lock Combos
Oh, oops lol. I probably should’ve just said I find it annoying when ppl make various OP strats a f2p vs. p2w issue when a nerf is absolutely necessary no matter who is using it.
I think this is just confirmation bias because it’s more noticeable when an entire strat or combo gets nerfed. There are so many individual mons that got nerfed at some point.
@Killerdog could you move all these posts over to the nerf thread?
