Awakening something thats broken on release. knowing a nerf or some tweaking is inevtiable begging for a refund is pointless. Just enjoy your broken mythic wile it lasts and then adapt to the changes when they happend like everyone else.

You will never get a refund its far to late for that or millions of gems have to be compensated for every monster that has ever been nerfed to keep it fair
attack the updates so no monster will get nerfed again and powercreep intensifies as you clearly wish for

Yes it is, when you nerf something you changed it made it weaker let the players have a chance to trade it back
