Restrict the e.d. step back move to max 1 time per E.D. problem solved without touching keiser

cyclophina I think you have all forgotten to name her, you simply have to remove the defense buff and that would be balanced to be a legendary, keizer, selene removing the defense buff or insomnia

She only heals in the first movement, then it needs more than 100 seconds to heal again, also its buff is in a certain situation it does not always have a life buff, Selene needs a nerf, but cyclophina also needs it, both have to be balanced
Cyclophina and Selene are nowhere near comparable. Selene has 34tu breaking moves with virtually zero conditions. Cyclophina is only extremely powerful when there’s a total of 8 or less monsters in the match. Try running her now during the random rule and you tell me if you still think she is broken and need a nerf.

As someone who used to run her in fl i can tell you that she will be busted aslong as you know how to math. And simply line her up

I think they have quite a few similarities, defense buff for example, I understand your point of view but I think they are quite similar, they are sweepers, however, cyclophina denies revenge and ignores Ap and on the other hand, Selene, for her part, has insomnia, that is an advantage with Regarding cyclophina, however, Selene only has one ability that ignores AP and one that denies revenge and they cannot be used instantly , I think they are perfectly comparable , If that seems absurd to you…
