The reason is straightforward. Initially, it was about “trying to fix high-speed teams in general,” but after a few attempts and tests, we realized that choosing high-speed teams is inevitable in Neomon, a turn-based game dependent on monster speed.
As a result, we shifted our approach and decided to give slow teams a better chance to combat high-speed teams without the risk of overbuffing slow monsters or overnerfing fast ones. Thus, we buffed Nyx and adjusted Taloknight and Apollorexus’s skills. Another reason for the changes to Taloknight and Apollorexus was to make the Nikki combo cost more to execute.
Please remember, both of Nyx’s passives require 3 allies with speeds below 50 to activate, and her shield effect is easy to play around. This buff will likely not impact users much who play Nyx for Crescendo Timestrike and Instant Sendback. If Nyx becomes way too oppressive, we will consider shorten the death sentence seconds.
In summary, we want players to consider Nyx, Taloknight, and Apollorexus if they are planning to run a slow frontline other than just protectors. For example, if you want to run a Super Epic, may consider Zephyramus; if you’re going for a fire Link, Novemdomina would be a good choice.
Lastly, Coltraz does not have a nude picture of me; I’m not sure about BRD’s, though.

1-nyx will not counter fast fls
2-why do they want to hire fast fls, it’s like wanting to counteract the massive damage at the end of the game, it’s not something that requires a specific combination, speed has always been an important factor in the game and it’s not like anything will change recently. The real reason why they play fast fls is because the slow monsters are not good enough and instead of improving them they decide to create a unique meta

We left him on purpose because you may have to sacrifice one monster to get rid of it by killing it. Also it only accelerates fire monsters.

I think the more pertinent problem is Fermata. Which makes even 50-70% monsters have DOUBLE seconds. That along with Nyx being harder to kill makes it highly painful, especially when 90% of players who play it pair it with oppressive fls like Momo, Carmilla etc.
And any reason why Onyxia is dogshit now? Considering it doesn’t have any reliable way to get kills (despite having bloodfury it functions more as support and generally pressuring opponents (due to 300 sec kill timer). It loses MAJOR supporting powers due to the massive TU increase on KB

@Dev_VKC a lot of us are saying this atm. Please can you consider changing so this range only gets increased by 50%?
I think it will actually help with the problem of super fast FLs because they’re fairly inevitable, but if players can find the middle ground, between being hit by nyx, but not slow as hell, we might see a reduction in the super fast teams.
Please consider because

Honestly this whole debate on nyx wouldnt exist if the fermata could be overridden
For me, Nyx’s problem is only that ability. If she only had that and nothing else, she would still be very good, but even so, her set of movements is excellent. I propose that you do not ignore stealth.
Again PvE players get zero attention here.
Taloknight was a great PvE option together with Aurodragon for newer players. Obtaining Shiny Taloknight is now definitely more difficult than just any of them.

To everyone complaining about Nyx: did you know that you can make her a C tier Mythic by simply running a slower FL?? Amazing!
We as a community need to adapt more and complain less. That’s what makes this game fun

Don’t tell them this secret 
. They want to keep their 4x 90 speed fronts but also not to be destroyed by one particular and not popular at all mythic.
