Some changes for PvP Season 63

Just a suggestion @Dev_VKC… in previous pvp we can get the reward monster to +6 if we reach higher rankings… can we do that as well in the new system? Like 200 monster killed, you obtain the monster… 300, +3, 400, +6… can you do that?

I have question, is this also happen on ranked? I am kinda disagree , this basically like (Auto evade pro player pvp) . Level 120 its more easy to reach top 10 then?

We need rank PvP monster at+6 like before wtf folks

6 SE pots is nothing, why are you all mad you arent getting se pots. Also this new PvP reward will use epic pots which is even more common to get.

EDIT: they did not change number of SE pots, they give 1 leggy pots (meh) for 11-50, and just new limited rock +0 for killing 360 mons in rank.

EDIT2: They even increased number of pots, just the new PvP limited reward is +0 but it is an epic!

Knowing you are a big spender, I’m not surprised you think 6 SE pots are nothing. Basically big spenders and veteran players that grind a lot will think that way.

This new rockoid uses epic pots anyway. This is a non-issue.

In this case maybe, in the future it will sting more when the reward is a SE.

“Knowing you” are not playing PvP, that should not concern you either.

I might return to it if the reward is interesting and accessible enough. At this rate I won’t because I don’t have 5+ hours in a weekend for PvP.

Do this mean players below hero rank of 120 will be mostly not facing top level players like 200+ hero rank. For instance during last pvp, I faced player with hr 234 however my hr is 72. Am saying based on my understanding that in current pvp I will be facing players below 120 hr mostly. Is my understanding correct

I’m glad u can’t forget me🤑

That seems to be what he is saying, but before the threshold was HR 100 would face upwards of that normally. Now it will be HR 120. But, as VKC also stated, if your win rate/win streak/performance is good enough then you will still be matched with higher ranking players. Facts of the matter are that no matter what your HR is, at the end of the day you are competing against every other player in Neo Monsters for PvP, which means the better you do, the more likely you are to face other players who are doing similar to your level with wins, which is typically people with higher HR. The worse you do, the more likely you are to face players with lower HR than you.

In addition, it also really comes down to who is searching for a match the same time as you. If there are less low HR players on, you are more likely to get matched up with higher HR players.

@DMG_LUCKDRAGON Now I understood :hugs:

Like VKC mentioned, good performance can match you higher. I feel that the other way around it’s the same.

I lost against HR80 players before and I’m HR290, nothing special for players that play 99% PvE and only do PvP for getting the featured monster.

Quicj question…How is that even possible?!

Like he said: mostly PvE player’s team building skills and decision making are not at the same level as someone’s level who plays hundreds of matches each season. Threats are different in PvE because there you need to understand what the AI will do. Real players are more unpredictable and they can easily dispatch strategies like Auro, Tenebris and Ankoudragon which AI might struggle with… HR does not equal skill in PvP.

More reasons:

-The element of surprise: Sometimes you play a certain strategy and the opponent counters it perfectly. I have beaten many top 50 players with unorthodox strategies but I would lose maybe 80% of the time if the opponent knew beforehand what I was playing.

-The low HR account is an alt of an experienced PvP player.

-The low HR player has spent a lot of money, targeted the right monsters and got the strongest meta monsters.

I agree that sometimes low hr players play well but that’s very rare
