Why do you believe it’s healthy to back stab a mon that will come in later and rack up free kills without any drawback? You can’t simply say “knock it back” or “put it to sleep” because it is easier said than done.
You were against the dr backstab/cannabalise combo but yet you’re suggesting something potentially worse. This also isn’t giving it any purpose as a monster outside the fl apart from being backstab fodder.
You compare it with malwing, which does have more offensive capabilities. But malwing can be easily killed with no repercussions. On the other hand, Ankou will just turn into a nuisance that you don’t want to leave alone.
If you want ankou to be buffed then suggest something practical, which actually allows the player to actually use it as a monster. The only change I feel it needs is where the reincarnations spawn, since I feel it’s too sporadic.
Note every monster hit was a new battle where Leo used crescendo strike 1 time on a full hp monster.
Tell me one good reason why gyo should still be able to have that kind of damage when less than 100% hp and the rest all drastically decrease.
Gyo already surpasses the others by having it break through shields and hg. Not to mention being immune to both sleep and poison.
It’s the devs lazy way of using the code from excessive force passive to practically give him a third “invisible” passive.
You say sure it’s easily countered or easily becomes useless. Those are lies.
People running gyo will have a protector and a tt and/or an absorb. The only way to actually shut it down completely would be running shadowyrm to stop aegis. Then cyclo to kill mecha and then a third to finally get gyo under 70%.
If one of these isn’t completed before gyo’s 70+ speed, then he is going to punish you severely. Even if you sacrifice your tu and ultra to get him low, which requires a fast electric type, he’s going to meditate and tt. And if you happen to kill his tt or tank, gyo will wreck your team with slayerbane. There is no negative whatsoever to use gyo.
Gyo one shots most monsters with slayerbane all even after only 1 canabalize. Since canabalize counts as killing your own monster.
Just let the devs not be so lazy and code overconfident strike, piercing blow, catapult, wall breaker, etc, to allow bypassing hg and shield WITHOUT ignoring defense. Note My rockoid vs sloth example.
There is absolutely 0 reason that gyo should do more damage to sloth than both the SE and jingle. And by more I mean 25%+ more WITHOUT element bonus. 2x damage compared to neutral elements.
I agree with you. Ever since I got Valza, I notice that even a single tick will decrease the damage of CS drastically. And here is Gyo one-shooting with even 75-80% hp. But this is power creep. Mark my words, by anniversary, Gyo will look like a Small Child next to whatever OP legend they release next. The games Power Creep. Do you think that some Unbuffed legend from even 6months ago would stand a chance against any of the legends released today? Heck, even recent SE’s are better than Legends from 6 months ago. Older legends need a buff. Devs just take their suggestions and create an OP Monster.
Regardless, Gyo needs nerf. Restriction on LSA or Decrease the damage of OCS in the same way as CS. Or make CS ignore Hold Ground and Shields at 100% hp.
I’m not saying to nerf gyo. I’m fine with overconfident ignoring shield and hold ground. But either the other confident strike monsters need to crit at the same hp as him or he needs to lose crit off 1damage like the others. I think confident should be critical over 90% bit less between 80-90 and abit less 70-80

I don’t really know what ankou could benefit from tbh, but I literally don’t care what they do with it. And yes, saying “it” or “itself” over and over just sounds weird
Speed buff. Ankou is too slow to do anything. Jes a natural FL moveset and passive, but hes slower than molasses. And if you lose your link on the FL before getting the deathsentence, your opponent can just leave him there as a 4 on 3 until a protector shows up at their timing.
You do know all you had to do was use ultra from Leo taking gyo out of atk range gyo offers nothing of under 80% health hence the power leo cres on first atk is very weak and I’m supirsed you didn’t know that
Ankou doesn’t need really anything except maybe a speed boost it’s passive is very good. Gyo does more damage then blaze etc as it can’t do anything if under 80 health so let it be strong to bad of it kills your sloth leo ultra will instantly stop it also take into account gyo has over confident don’t nerf a monster cause you mad you don’t get it. I can agree on valza etc having the same type of sustaining power as gyo with confident so they work at 80% as well. We keep asking for nerfs on old legends to only allow new legends that are even more op take their place if you think what we got now is bad what’s coming will make legends we got now look like 1 star monsters
