That’s the problem here. Ppl thought of refund not the aftermath of what would happen if they were wrong from start.
It’s like going to buy 2 dorrito packs and opening one then opening another one and then asking why didn’t I get same size and weight and asking for another 2 as refund. Like heck you got to eat two packs but you say got nothing and asking for refund. Bruhh

@Dev_VKC this is the third time neo ticket appeared
few people during the first time forgot to spend their ticket by year end and then you guys have kept the same ticket for second time reserved in their acc . so people thought it happens even next time also ,so they didnt spend their tickets second time also and now you guys deleted their tics for no reason .
