Well I already got an explanation from Dev.
FYI instructions were the same for neo ticket on 1st neo ticket anniversary yet people got two on the 2nd.

It’s true. Several clan members and I found this odd and after careful consideration decided not to waste our gems, but many thinking of the hazuki incident willingly spent. but it’s so absurd to say that you all spent months of savings on a mythic awakening, but no, in the end you prefer to spend it all on a legend that barely a few hours ago meant nothing to you.
I don’t need to lie, I’m not gaining or losing anything from this situation.
But I recently said I hate people for how they are, everyone wants the stun nerf and now they’re complaining about it
Now they are saying that they spent 1k gems just targeting a monster that was literally trashing, I think such an excuse is stupid They clearly used all the gems trying to get the mythical girl hoping to wake her up and get the gems back. I’m pretty sure no one targeted the mushroom, they’re just saying it for convenience.

I am waiting for a 5 legend second anniv banner bcz this one clearly was not a mistake on their part lol.
Is funny how they could have just did the same thing on hazuki banner and called it a day , guess they learnt .

now i understand whats happening here those who hached immediately after the banner was introduced got scammed including me tho i was not haching for the mushroom and those who are haching now are getting them
I don’t understand why people are defending devs as we can clearly see whose fault. And I don’t care they will refund or not and playing Neo for years and got something like this in return is totally my heartbreak towards game.
