I can understand ur point, but again the dev said u could hatch him, so is okay
Please understand my point, I got messages on my private chat saying that I should hatch because there is another bug, after saying that I noticed how ppl wanted to get benefits from this, and this is why everyone is complaining now

I admit it is our fault that we did not notice this goddamn musharoo is somehow in the egg.
We were supposed to featured only 4 legendary but duo to this accident, there are 5. We decided to keep it as it is because 1) it is already released in the game 2)it wouldn’t reduce the appearing rate of other featured legendary monsters. Therefore we decided to fix the other pages instead.
It would only affect the non-featured legendary rate, but I don’t believe players hatch this banner for those regular legendary monsters.
We are not shy to refund the gems if players couldn’t hatch featured monsters or hatch non-featured limited monsters. I hope you would understand.

Solution One: Give Refund( Which I highly disagree with)
Solution Two: Give everyone one sageroom(Not viable too)
Solution Three: Just Fast Forward the events a little bit more like fast forward the dates
Solution Four: Give a Seven star ticket(bruh)
Solution Five: Addition of extra leggy(S+ one) on next banner
Solution Six: Just Give a Shrine
Solution Seven: Revert all mobs from and check id for gems consumation
Solution Eight: Just tell them to show proof of hatching and ask what would they like for value of what they hatched.
Solution Nine: Do Nothing and grab a Snickers

How is that even fairs? Sageroom wasn’t featured at first? What about everyone that spend at first without the higher % rate? We all got scam and falsly advertise.

if you want to resolve this problem impartially, I advise you and it is the best solution to simply send sageroom in the reward box of the players who request it and as you cannot analyze all of them at the same time you are obliged to send to everyone. either that or reimburse you for the gems which is not necessarily correct because it is obvious that many not all did it on purpose.

It is featured since the egg released but the other egg pages making it really unclear.

But I think he deserves that mushroom since you destroyed his entire team just because of some certain players whining.

If this is true then there are no complaints. You are saying that sageroom had hatch rate of featured legend since start of banner , if that’s the case , there is no argument for any compensation.
However, if the hatch rate was low earlier and changed later (which is plausible as so many who hatched early didn’t get sageroom with high odds), then it’s a different case.

If Dev’s did mistake instead of covering up should find a fair solution to all cause we were saving for months and got schemed instead in return.
Was it though? I have seen arround 5k gems spend in the first couple minute and no one got it until a little bit later when yall notice the mistake. Seem odds to me.
