One on one frontlines are just ridiculously fast.

Dear devs,
you really need to think about reducing one on one monsters speed like oniblade or stratustrike.
Is just ridiculous to fight against them together with thlugs or sleep immune monsters.
Those kind of frontlines are just spammed everywhere because obviously they are very strong and most of the time difficult to be faced by the average player.
We are looking for a fair game where everyone can just have fun.
And that’s not funny.
PS: I got everything to play a One on One FL, so my complain is focused to improve this game.

Stratus can be dealt with after losing 1 or 2 mons. But oniblade’s double OoO without any restriction is just dumb.

Meh just increase drakozord speed.

Problem solved.

Do you have anything with purify?

Guys the point is another one, why to counter such FL you have few options?
Other type of FL have more counters!
One on one Monsters speed should be 50 to 60! That’s my opinion!

Or another clever thing could be transforming some SE protectors in Sleep absorbers and Poison absorbers.
You gonna see how many OoO FL will disappear!
This game is just against stun!
Stun counter, Stun converter, Stun absorber, Stun immune… But sleep and poison? They are not dangerous?

Step 1: Have Angelion
Step 2: Wait
Step 3:???
Step 4: Profit!

@Exu what has this to do with profit? If they introduce new solutions people are going to roll even more!

@DonT89

Although on a side note, @Exu botched the delivery of that South Park reference, so you get a pass for not understanding this time.

You don’t know the meme do you. Anyway. Centaureon for example is a great ooo counter

Yes, who else?

Cent
Angel (well protected if you don’t want it shot by Gyo)
Sleep immune FL itself.

That’s it.

@Exu you must be joking bro…

I would run him if I always faced ooo frontlines. He is fast and in pvp might be able to 1 or 2 shot a sleeper. Also what about Tridrakhan? Against Oni stratus it’s a 1 shot on both if there’s no protection.

There are no real solutions unless you run a little amount of monsters that can have a chance. That’s unfair.

Problem is not oni but gyo and that damn angelion its ridiculous how much value this “legend” got in every team
I run a full FL to counter him and iff he is paired with ooo im done

I feel like OoO itself isn’t the problem, it’s all the sleep immune monsters run beside it. Maybe this is too big a nerf, but maybe sleep immune should work like Camouflage, in that if used by an ally, it still hits you. Maybe. But this might be too extreme, who knows…

You wouldn’t make a team without stun protection, why would you make a team without OoO protection if it’s dominating the meta?? (saying “you” as a general thing)

OoO FLs have always been a very strong candidate for top tier FLs. They’re totally balanced for top bracket PvP where there are an enormous number of counters. Simply running OoO with sleep immune monsters typically isn’t the best there because it’s hard to get strong enough synergy between them to beat top bracket teams.

The issue comes when people use harsh OoO teams outside of the top bracket, like how many other things become “harsh” in the lower brackets (Delugazar + protect/GT, etc).

The solution is not to make a blanket change, nerfing the strategy. I think the solution is to make sure there are a couple of viable SE monsters which everyone gets to pick up that counter OoO FLs. I think a few exist already but if OoO is wrecking people in the lower brackets then of course they should be given more to counter it.

No. But it should sleep all of your own monsters even if theyre sleep immune. Just like camouflage.

That’s true OoO is one of the top tier strategies, the question is… Why? Who decided that OoO should be so lethal?
If we balance the strategies we see more varieties of team.
I’m not saying nerfing OoO that is a optimal move.
I’m talking about reducing the speed to give to players the possibility to defend it.
Personally I don’t want build a everything immune team for two reason: 1st I don’t like it and if I do have to play it because I’m constricted if I want to compete with OoO team that’s remain unfair.
2nd I want to feel free to use different kind of monsters in FL.
