For the record I’m using 2 camos at fl
Suit yourself, think whatever you want to. But I agree on one thing, this game is just toxic (& we don’t need to go ham on each other,) @Boiler you too.
Grade 1 or grade 2 … OoO will still be a huge problem… @Dev_VKC , why can’t u just change it’s ss and solve the problem instead of all this gymnastics ?
Thanks for the credit of the idea we talked about a month ago (didn’t know Unown was also chatting with you about it - that’s good).
Here’s the extract from our conversation where I list my personal preference on which monsters should have which passive (insomnia being only immune to enemy sleep)…
I would say Insomnia becomes more of the standard and Sleep Immunity becomes the “special case” monsters.
Therefore, the monsters I suggest to keep sleep immunity are:
- Diredemon (the original OoO combo monster which isn’t broken)
- Jackalhotep (while being one of the strongest OoO combo monsters I absolutely love what it does. If you think its too strong then remove switch friend. Turn it into ally substitute or something)
- Onyxia (clearly built for OoO)
The monsters that I can see either way are:
- Eggsecutioner
- Kamishogun (not enough reliable sweeping to force insomnia)
- Bunkerbeast (OoO is its one place to shine, it hasn’t seemed broken from what I’ve seen because it’s slow sweeping after first 2 kills but up to you)
- Thlugs (don’t know them well enough yet but they don’t seem OP and they have to combo with each other hence there aren’t going to be broken combos with other sleep immune monsters)
The monsters I suggest get Insomnia are:
- Hiberzor (could be sleep immune if you want, but I’d like it Insomnia with sweet dreams purifying the monster you use it on)
- The Saintfeather (ridiculously good)
- Saberdragon (not broken, but can create combos or allow for 2-3x dreamhunt then wake up your team)
- Flutterdrake Rose (RNG waking things up from your own OoO is not something I’d like encouraged)
- Gyomurai
- Angelion (haven’t seen this as broken but the monster is a power house and I know the OoO combo is popular)
- Triviathan (too easy to set up your team nicely with link stealth all + instant purify all and way too much sweeping power)
- Blazebones (love this guy, makes me sad to suggest Insomnia)
- Atlantyrant (not broken but just unnecessary to have a OoO combo)
- Pumpking (same as flutter reason)
What if I told you Hiberzor was 98 Speed, Sleep Immune, and had Piercing Blow?
#figureitout n00bs
Yeah I know that but as what I’ve said I’m running something else to counter ooo which is darn great
Nononononononononono no blazebones… Suggest it to tier 1 …
And dint know pumpkin was sleep immune lol
So you want Oniblade ruined again but Blazebones having full sleep immunity is a must? Do you like or not like the OoO strategy?
I like blazie too much… it was my key monster plus se OoO that pushed me up the ladder when I was noob… we can’t take that strategy away from our growing champions.
What if i told you that Nectareon has toxic presence, which wakes your team up after you lose only 1 monster? Plus 82 entrance speed too

Blazebones can do some wacky things with OoO and has some strong combo potential with full sleep immune monsters that ultimately restricts future design. I love the monster but I can see why it’s probably one that should have it taken away.
Let Se and mythic monsters get full immunity and tear it way from legendariez
Gary we don’t want to ruin our teams by adding monsters solely to counter particular strategies.
Than don’t complain if your team can’t counter certain things.
You being biased. This is sad
I hate that gyo though ! But Jamal , on the side note , welcome to the nerfed-club
Gary , we got a new member in our covetted club !
Bunker should stay as it is.
Gyo must be vulnerable to ally sleep.
Lion i’m 50:50.
Jackal should stay as is.
I’ve never complained about OoO front lines. I have been rocking a OoO team almost the whole time I’ve been playing the game, I love them. However, back when sleep immune monsters first got introduced I foresaw a future problem. I applauded the design of Bunkerbeast because it’s slow at sweeping and the first kill is not for a long time. Then Gyomurai came a year ago and I immediately warned the Devs that this future time was coming where we’d have 4o1 if they designed more viable sleep immune sweepers. We’re here now and OoO is causing problems for lots of people, it’s pushing team building towards using sleep immune monsters with OoO which was not the intention for lots of them. So of course I’m going to be trying to suggest solutions that help make OoO work better for the game without ruining it at all.
P.S. Yes a bit of salami in this post. Kinda wanted to write some “I told you so” in this thread because I know I called it. However, what makes me most happy is the Devs are not ruining OoO with their changes. It can still be a great functioning strategy.
I have to point out if you use this as the excuse, why should we nerf abyss neieida?
Devs, please bring back our beloved abyss neieida combo because smart players can put four camouflage in fl. They can even build a full camouflage team.
Nereida abyss was never a problem to begin with, just some noobs crying nerf.
