The version notes (2026)
2026
Version 2.65 (January 2026)
Extra notes:
- Improved the image quality of Yukihime (and 2nd form) to be more like they originally were (at some point a higher quality version was added for the profile page and her face became altered in a bad way). See here for the difference
- Accidentally changed the first form of Prickster’s cost from 1 → 4 (intended to do this on the final form, but decided to leave it with 1 cost for now to see how it goes). This accident should be resolved next update.
- All these changes to remove lifeflip from high speed monsters is to stop the combo with Azulyn (released last month) where she immediately kills them with her passive and brings in the 5th monster. This combo was likely unintentional and dominated the top 10 of PvP for the only season it was ever possible.
- Style cubes now appear in weekly rotating part of the shop.
- Introduced a bug where Fyrielle’s devolve move creates the monster with just 1HP rather than full HP. Immediately fixed in PvP but otherwise fixed next update.

Valentine's Day (February 14th)
Version 2.66 (February 2026)
Extra notes:
- Lowered the TU of link soulmine 150 → 70.
- Fixed Fyrielle’s devolve bug where it created the monster at only 1HP.
- Still not fixed the bug with frozen revenge failing to slow monsters which are accelerated.

Version 2.67 (March 2026)
Extra notes:
- Removed the top bar of the UI in monster bond quest, leaving just the tickets display.
- Apollorexus’ Solar Oblivion deals “critical” damage, not “lethal”, because it negates revenges and ignores stealth (it’s also 300TU for this reason). The skill description on the move itself is correct.

Version 2.70 (April 2026)
Extra notes:
- The Aurodragon changed is the shiny version.
- The Xeno Chip passives change to the Bio-Terminators removed the stats buff in place of the immunity to push back effects.
- Poison used to last 500s and did a certain amount of damage over that period of time. It seems like now that same amount of damage has been spread out so things like auto-poison deal just 1 damage with each poison tick.
- Added Melusine to the SFW filter.
- Removed silver and gold keys from the UI since they no longer have any use (they were for opening silver/fruit dungeons).
- Fixed a bug with accelerate/decelerate where some would not replace one another as intended (e.g. an accelerated monster was immune to frozen revenge).
- Fixed two bugs previously in auto training:
- Sometimes your character would become desynced from the path
- Sometimes you’d end up ±1 cards when it used various purple cards
- Introduced a bug where some monsters with hold ground are not taking critical damage from you’re grounded and similar moves. This was immediately fixed in PvP and will otherwise be fixed next update.

10.5th anniversary (April 22nd)
Half anniversary festival egg details
We got 12 half anniversary festival eggs, each with four legendaries (rather than two as is usual) and every mythic hatched will be the featured one. Note this is different to anniversary eggs! This is basically a better chance of getting the mythic you want, whereas an anniversary egg is effectively doubling the number of mythics by putting one guaranteed in every 10th pack.
Two of the half anniversary eggs had new a new mythic and legendary in.
All half anniversary festival eggs
These are the 12 anniversary festival eggs. The eggs with new monsters lasted over a week but the others were the usual 7 days long. This means there was some overlap between many of these eggs as they came out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays over the 12 days (Friday - Wednesday) but the earlier ones ended before the later ones started. Even the egg featuring the new monsters at the start ended before the last options arrived.
Neo ticket lite
One neo ticket lite was given for free. I’m not sure how these legendaries were chosen. They seem to be the ones in the standard egg pools but not everything and then with a few extras thrown in like Mojignis.
Version 2.71 (May 2026)
Extra notes:
- Fixed numerous extreme bugs with Jingwei (the latest mythic release) like where it wouldn’t die, came twice when summoned as a friend monster and the 7* rock created was not weak to various critical moves like assassinate.
- Fixed a bug with demoralise not dealing critical damage to some monsters with hold ground.
- Changed the screen for the friend chest so it has a refreshed look rather than the one designed 10 years ago.
- (There was no proper release notes for this or any rewards, it was a sneaky one for bug fixes)

Version 3.0 (June 2026)
Extra notes:
- A large number of minor bugs happened as a result of the UI overhaul… too many to list here.
- Xuanwa’s counterplay damage was also increased (non-critical now kills things like rockoids, critical one-shots even fire mythics when before it didn’t one-shot anything tanky).
- New tutorial/info for the monster training mini game.
- Added extra tutorial to point you towards the online story.
- Added new option in settings for starting all monsters on their skills screen rather than stats screen when viewed in most places.
- Altered the online story events section to add the three that had previously not been added. One of the three was opened a few days later (“Under the blue ocean of othlon”), the other two are likely opening soon.
- “The Cradle of Dreams” story event got a restart button added so you can make different choices to get the alternative story.
- This is the first return of 18 cost mythics since the first year mythics were in the game (they were originally 15 with +1 to +3 but became 14 base cost a little while later).
