Android users with connection issues, we have a fix coming later today that should hopefully fix your issues.
Sorry it took us a while to figure this one out!
And also, we will make our fixes for login bonuses (this will be a serverside fix requiring no update) for both Android and iOS today as well.

Update 8/12/2016
First of, sorry everyone for the Ban issue. This was a total mistake… We dont not think you cheated (in fact we know you didnt), we just made a Typo and it somehow slipped through us.
The udpate did go live, and here are the changes.

Brand new draft event. Draft up a couple of monsters, and right against other people’s drafted teams!

Rare Gold Egg (40% legendary)

Rare Gem new distributions etc.

Revamped daily login - a Legendary monster for everyone!
Update 7/28/2016
As most of you have realized by now, we have had a bumpy ride this week with the update.
Here is whats new in the update:
-
We added 20 new legendaries with good skill sets.
-
We added a new egg type and currency that can hatch it (no epics on this one). We plan to give out this currency through events (though in limited supply).

We added a new login bonus system which is way better. We havent debuted this yet but it should come soon.
-
We made it so ingredeints do not count towards the max number of monsters you can have.
-
We made it so you can delete multiple monsters at the same time.
-
We made some improvements to all events, mostly with better matchup.
-
We made a new event type called Draft Event. Details soon, but its pretty much what you might imagine from the name.
-
We meant to fix the Icerider guy but it got missed… so that coming in the update that will follow shortly.
-
We made some balance changes to some lower cost monsters we thought were too cost effective.
-
We made the egg look different. Visual only change.
Now as you know we messed up here and there because we tried to pack in so many improvements all in this update. We will fix them soon. Android has some initial fixes out already, and iOS is getting an update hopefully within a day (waiting on apple approval).
Thank you again for your patience! And for those of you who think we are quitting on this game… trust me we arent We are still currently the #1 RPG in over 100 countries. It would be really silly of us to drop a game thats at that state

Your Friend Code will now be shown on the main city screen
Changes made to your teams will be saved when you leave the Monster Management Screen
Removed certain music files and added a system to stream them
You can now see your Restore Code even if it has already been used for the year.

Changed the duration before it goes off from 400 secs to 320 secs
Reduced the seconds cost from 100 secs to 50 secs
Added a cap to the number of times Give Turn can be used:
Each monster with Give Turn can only use the skill up to 5 times per battle battle
Skeleghoul, Dreadghoul, Soulstealer:
Reduced the seconds cost of Sleep All from 200 secs to 130 secs.
Soulstealer:
Added the passive skill Hold Ground
Dolphlare, Dolpheonix:
Changed Sendback to Protector Killer
Reduced the seconds cost of Stun Grenade from 100 secs to 50 secs

We have made all the fixes for PvP, we think this is ready! The update has been submitted and is waiting for review now. We will likely host our first pvp exhibition event next weekend!

Update 5/26/2016
Hi guys and gals,
We have found a few minor issues and we had to postpone the first pvp session until early June. We are very sorry about this.
But, we have an all new dungeon event coming up… in a few hours
Will update when we have more news! The pvp is really nice though, the issues we are seeing is mostly for protecting users from trolls (like people that will spend 30 seconds per turn every time waiting fo you to quit). We have a pretty good solution to that problem though Also the passing issue should be solved now too. Cant wait to get this baby out!

We banned a good number of cheaters today. Happy to say that none were competitive in our current event! Please stay away from APKs and iPAs that claim have a cheat for us, the odds are we can detect it, and we will ban you and there will be no going back!
And also, we are happy to say that the next update is the PVP UPDATE!

Hi everyone! Sorry for the late update! Was supposed to do this on Monday No news is good news though and things are looking solid as we push forward to our next update with many surprises hopefully! Cant wait to show them but I cant yet

We are glad people are liking our new Count Lector event as well. We are working on building on that from here on seeing that people liked it! Also working on more story, pvp, new event types, as well as side quests (which will feature our NPCs)!

Android folks will now show up as friend candidates after battle. We will be hosting different set of events on Android so that we dont put them into competition against iOS users too fast
As for this current event, The Ultimate Challenge, we are seeing results exceeding our expectations but we have confirmed that its not a cheat of any sort. That being said, we feel that some sort of adjustment will be needed in the future.

A bit over due, but update again! Been busy with the preparation of the new event!
Speaking of which, for those wondering about whether this event will cost tickets or not, the answer is yes, it will cost tickets. However, tickets will not be a limiting factor for being competitive. You can increase difficulty by increments of 20, which means you get to challenge Lv20, then Lv40, then Lv 60 and so on. We would be genuinely surprised if people can go higher than Lv 100.
Also as far as filtering out “bad lineups”, we have put in logic for that so that the luck component is reduced. We have seen some people enter events with just Don Penguini, but we wont let those kinds of parties show up as your opponent because they would be too easy to defeat especially when AI controlled.

Update submitted and being reviewed! Should hit the stores in a few business days!
We are scheduling a server down time right when the update hits. This update will be required for online play.
We felt that the 50% on the Necromancy was a bit too low, so we are upping that to 60% in this update. We’ve also fixed a bug with summoning skills where the trained amount of the summoner was being ignored (for Duplicate and Necromancy, specifically).
We will also open all the special ingredient/fruit/ and silver dungeons for a few days after the update!
Also, this update will reduce the randomness of battle entry secs!

Update 3/14/2016
Hello again! It seems that PvP beta server has suffered some sort of error, and match ups were not being made, so we were forced to take it down to analyze the situation. We are very sorry for the frustration!
As for an update, we are still working on the upcoming update which should come fairly soon! We are about finished with testing out all the new skills we added, as well as new monsters and new skill sets. Our alpha testers are loving it so far!
As for the festival egg, there is talk here on the forum that the wheel is being somehow rigged, but we guarantee you that this is not the case. As you can see, during the festival, legends are more frequent and that reflects directly on the odds of landing on one. The odds are always as it seems on the wheel, we are not weighing certain slots higher than others.
Also we’ve decided that every monday we will do an update like this, if not more frequently. We will also visit one of the pinned threads to comment on them in hopes to spur further discussion!

Hello again! We have found that in PVP some people are not able to match up after hitting an unidentified bug. When you cannot find opponents a few time in a row, please re-start your app to clear your cache. We are working on this issue.

Hi everyone! Thanks for playing Neo Monsters!
We have decided to do regular updates hopefully to give you a heads up on what we have planned, as well as address some of the issues being talked about in the other threads.
For starters we would like to share what we are working on right now. We have 2 big things, Android version and PvP. We are also working on more monsters, new skills etc all the time. PvP is taking a while because we want to make sure we get everything right, make sure disconnect scenarios are handled correctly, and iron out bugs that were annoying in our Hunter Island days. We are trying to keep updates as frequent as possible as well while making sure we dont introduce new bugs etc.
We would also like to address that we are planning to add new event types that are quite a bit different from existing ones, and it will hopefully address the main concerns raised within the forum.
As some of you may have noticed, in the last update we have added randomness to starting speed of monsters. We felt that this was necessary to do ahead of PvP to avoid unbreakable opening combos.
