Wanna say something about magma,
So it’s used finishing snap & then killed a water tank legend with 6-7k damage with berserk smash.
THAT is just absurd. I get that it can kill other legends but killing a WATER TANK legend with 40 defence & 40 hp & it was at 99% health.
What about the other ghost. Onigiest. He can heal entore team while put enemy monsters to sleep. He has soul summon and that thing has 70 tu sleep plus sleep revenge. Oni has dreamhunt camouflage and hg plus oodthirst. That is op. Couple it with a shocker and youre toast
And there we go again… guess after just a few days of no crying there MUST be another thread about buffs and nerfs.
Gyo is so easy counterable. He is a popular monster right now so think about a way to deal with him instead of calling for a nerf.
Tortoise (which I don’t have) is ridiculously strong, that’s true… but that’s also okay. There will always be some key monsters that are stronger than others. Deal with it.
Magma already had a nerf and is in a good spot right now. Low HP and high recoil. Dies easily… most of the time he only can fire his dual slayerbane and is dead after that.
I don’t feel like the post is unreasonable though. Tortoise can give a +2 monster advantage whilst also taking down another. Gyo is fine, It’s just his speed because it’s as if he’s charged from the word go. Happy with the others including Magma
The only thing i would like to see in this game is a shift from offline events to online events, i dont think offline events should take more then 1 hour grind 2 hours max.
But Gyo relies on his speed, otherwise the opponent would have even more time to “deactivate” his strike (don’t know the english word) than he already has. Sometimes I have not a single chance to use it - depending on the enemy and how he deals with my Gyo.
Magmas nerf was a joke. He comes in at pretty high speed, cant be stunned, and can kill 2 right away. Midgame finishing snap, quickly into DSB, and then good luck trying to kill it in the next 100 sec with HG, whereupon it can repent and get right back to sweeping. It doesn’t even need to charge to kill like everyone seems to think. And sure its a “random” move just like DR is random on the charged sweeper or death roulette is random on Aegis 100% of the time - it randomly hits the next enemy to go, thus keeping it from being quickly killed.
The only real nerf is to take away its stun immunity, or add TU to repent since it doesnt need 100% health to kill anyway (like gyo or dusi)
Gyo’s overconfident strike is weaker than valza’s confident strike. It should one shot everything from full. It leaves bulkier mons like angelion, oak, terror and sometimes TT alive. I’m not saying that it should get a buff, but instead there is no need for a nerf.
Magma comes in and gets two kills regardless of elemental advantages/disadvantages. Just accept it. It’s only a problem if you let it do more than that. It’s fine as it is.
With all the capabilities tort has it is a liability to the user. Comes in slow, stunnable and weak to knock back. It hardly offers more than protect teammates and if you let it summon then you deserve to lose by it…
It doesn’t restrict to a small subset based around the respective monster.
It doesn’t define the meta.
It’s not miles ahead of any other lineup when built around.
Heck, not a lot of top teams actually have turtle.
Magma is effective, but not a meta changer. You see him at the same frequency as other monsters of him power level.
There are a million ways to deal with both. You don’t even have to take them into account when teambuilding.
So stop whining and learn to play. Reach 8/10 - 10/10 in player quality and then complain. If you’re not in the top 50-60, then you don’t have an accurate and deep understanding of almost all of the monsters and their interactions.
Even players in top500000 can see that Gyo, Turtle and magma are way more powerful than most of legendaries… Yea you can deal with every monster that is point of this game but those ones are pretty hard to counter.
As i said before gyogay good luck countering him at FL and is friends TT+protectotor+zib+Auto Protect absorver or in 000 FL ho and spammin aoes is not the best option…1 passive needs to go
Vin diesel magma requires nothing to smash no matter what monster is again stun immun should go away
The turte jusy give him hg thats all we need to be able to counter him

Really, I would be ashamed if I would complain about monsters that are so easily counterable. Kind of shows how much experience is missing. I hope devs will for once stop their buff/nerf rampage.
