I wonder how people are doing that… and if that’s even true. Interested only because I’m interested in ensuring my own games don’t get compromised in such a way.
If you know of sites that has hacks and such for this game or if you know how to ha.c.k the game. Send a message to the Developers ONLY. This way they can investigate and try to find solutions to fix the (all hackers will be banned from PvP in the next update. Sincerely, Admin).
Don’t post the links to sites on the forum obviously.
My goodness, I wasn’t asking for an explanation to be given here (on that level, anyway). However, I am interested in learning what people are doing. So feel free to send me a message while you’re at it 
okay then. just not sure how it would help you in any way to know how to hax this game considering every game is coded differently therefore need a different method for the most part. If you are interested about the general idea of how to do certain things i can message you about them, you will most likely find it useful so let me know if you want me to pm you.
Learning how to is fine as long it is not used for harm.
I taught myself most of what i know by practising on flash games and single player games.
Flash games are the epitome of easy to manipulate -_-
Yes that is how i started out by practising on them. I am more experienced now obviously. Was just giving Ashley a place to start if she wants to practice and learn how things can be done.
I’ve been programming for a few years now. But one area I haven’t dived too deep into is the area of encryption, security, and hacking.
I used to work for Social Point, and they had others taking care of such matters (and those people didn’t do the best job, either).
Now that I’m building my own first two games, especially since they’ll have multiplayer, I’m in need of mastering this security business. So yes, I am absolutely interested in learning what I can about it and anything you can teach me I will appreciate!
And the security flaws of Hunter Island here have interested me - even if my games won’t be coded the same way.
No game goes without flaws. Il post a picture to prove diamonds are easy to hack. But as for sharing that information sorry developers only.

I think i have to. But not on this thread. And i actually seem to be getting some communication from mods and such in pm. So if it gets attention then thats one step closer to fixing.
That’s not necessarily hacking. There’s an exploit that can allow for easy diamonds that has nothing to do with hacking.
If you don’t wish to share information with me, that’s fine. I’m sure I can code in some quality banning systems to auto-ban anyone who manages to exploit my games, even if I can’t prevent the hacking.
You need to be jailbroke to do it.
And if your on about the save file sharing then no to me thats using someone elses work. I can do it myself lol.

The problem with any game that doesnt use servers for all purchased currency can be hacked. I have seen many games try and fail to stop free iap. They close one door to stop one form of free iap. But leave the window open to another method. Only real way is server side.
Which is fine for free to play games that are all online anyway, but not this kind of game :(
We are aware of this and we know how to fix it. Same technique couldnt be used with gold right?
Yes it can be used with gold, silver and monster levelling.

Omg social point? My friend tried to sell me a hack to a game of theirs i play for a few dollars. I hate there games now, they get very old very fast.
