Why only legendary in the limitations. Just a mythical?

¿me río o lloro? :joy:

Finally a decent counter argument :joy:

It still takes the job of 2 monsters (the absorber and the GT) to deal with it though. But you make a good point.

Yeah, all dead weight :frowning:

I completely agree with stun being a problem in general, even if you hate it more than I do which makes you speak more strongly. However, I just really don’t think these PvP limitations will drastically change how it already is.

I think my opinion which is drastically different to a few others here is I feel that there are LOADS of monsters not limited by this restriction which are very powerful in PvP. There are 198 legendaries that exist so saying you can’t use 8, at most, (3/11 can be used) is not anything too crazy that will upset all balance. Sure, it will affect things a bit and the specific targeting of stun protection does raise a concern but it’s still possible to pick those monsters as your 3 so it’s not a huge concern.

I’ll give another one for you… Novadrake is limited too, which is the main thing powering stun strategies in PvP.

Can’t tell if that’s serious or not, but most of them are

Yep. Another fair point. But I actually find stun entrance the most oppressive. Nova is deadly,
But at least you have a bit of time.

Free the stun protection and watch diversity blossom KD. You know it makes sense

well speaking seriously without limitations it is possible to stun, which is not difficult at all, with them only the players with the best collections will survive, but for my sake they continue without stun protection :kissing::relaxed:

Well in alternative you can run Sakuralisk since you are one of the lucky ones

This is true. But I like to stand up for the little guy

Best limited stun protectors but it doesn’t end here, infernicom Scorp who are good monsters to alter with absorbers when you don’t have good protection too they are limited. It sounds like a joke in bad taste. Too bad it isn’t

Yeah, but there are 198 legendaries. I guess I’ll just use Sanctillion for stun protection, thanks @Killerdog

Jajajaja :joy::rofl:

Okay let’s assume that stun does dominate the PvP meta and/or people become forced to use certain monsters for their stun protection that it doesn’t create a properly diverse environment… that’s just a learning point for the next two month’s worth of restrictions. In the long run this system means they can construct a new meta every two months and people build around it.

You can call the particular monsters picked for this first two seasons a mistake but ultimately it will be fun having a new meta frequently.

I’m just saying this because overall there’s been so much negativity towards this new restriction system over very small things and not much overall feedback or bigger picture talk

It’s probably because every attempt of legitimate criticism is framed as „negativity“ or that people aren’t able to see how amazing that new mechanic really is.

I think we can all agree that with a few tweaks this has great potential but right now it just gets its priorities wrong

Well they did some wrongs but as devs said they should reconsider some stuff after this season. Lets wish it will be towards better improvementa

Sorry if I wasn’t clear there. Negativity is legitimate feedback. It’s the fact that feedback has focused on very particular points (lack of mythics restricted, stun protection targeted) and I think there are other things to be discussed too.

I know you’re referring back to my original post where I was rude. I’ll fully admit that I was but I have not continued in that way.

I agree. I think adding stun protection to restricted list is a mistake and will be a learning point. I’m raising it now in the hope that people learn quicker / have some foresight
