Why can give turn monsters target link dual give turn monsters?

I just don’t understand why ppl Hates such a combo :worried:

It’s literally a team turn who has no restriction and is easily abusable. The only thing tricky is getting the froggo legend .

and yeah it’s definitely worth reiterating, Tygo and Grovo deserve a pass because not only is it only usable once, but it has a hefty TU restriction on it. Attempting to make a loop out of it would only grant the third monster 2 total turns rather than 4, and if you’ve lasted long enough to fulfill the TU condition while preserving every monster you need, then I’d say you’ve damn well earned that extra turn :stuck_out_tongue:

You also have to take into account the monsters that build around it. Before you could just slap a ton of s tier around it and you would be good to go. Now you need to set up link fire in order for it to work. It was more of a balance change to require more strategy than a nerf.

That’s true, but Fire and Water are full of top tiers anyway. That’s why I think Holy’s Link Slayerbane All, while still in bad need of a nerf, isn’t as problematic.

The only real drawback for me is that you can break the link, but that’s extremely difficult when you already need to manage turns. And when you’re against S tier monsters you rarely have the chance to actually let your opponent have a turn without him finding the kills to get another 2 at least.

Honestly the breakable link weakness is already worth it for the cheaper SS cost in Magma’s case. That move is insane.

In before they have a new monster come out with a skill that changes the type of up to two mons on the enemy team (or your own even) to break Link and/Or set it up
