I think Necrom is not lying, I encountered the same bug consisting in finding always the same team with 10 mons at their first evolution stage. I realized it after meeting them a few times. I couldn’t go up more than level 150 though cause I had no strong strategy. But someone with a better team than mine could easily climb to the top scores.

I also have to say sorry we doubted you, with the amount of hackers present in the past we doubted you but it has been shown that you did have a glitch and it was out of your control and was hidan says you beat 600 and we at NMA will look into having you join in future let’s see how you go next event

For the record, although I don’t have the monsters to actually test the strat out, I previously discussed the plausibility of this type of strat with another player before, but as I said had no idea exactly how to set it up. In my eyes, I chose to support him because of how being such a high profile event, it was literally impossible for the devs not to notice the issue and incoming reports over Necrom accumulating over the last 2 days and weekend. Therefore I also took the stance of innocent until proven guilty. Let this be a lesson to not mob on another player after suspicions have been raised and alerted to the devs, as this created significant, undeserved animosity towards another player and a pointless mildly insultive debate between the player base.

I spammed a lot of bronzeshells (6)and knockback most monsters until tiger comes out. Use reanimate or mirror revenge on tiger. Had a goldtail mossgoliath tiger and serazael. To sweep through gatekeepers team. It took me some time to make tiger ready to one shot them. But goldtail is very important to keep bronzeshells asleep.

He happened to have the right monsters and the perfect glitch to be able to make it as far as he did. 9/10 it would have been a hacker and that is what people were basing their opinion on. We have had hackers make it through in previous events, Jov and ultimate. So the devs make mistakes, Jov was also reported and still got through. If people see something that is improbable they are going to be skeptical. The strategy he used would not be effective if he were facing random buffed teams.
