So here is a little evidence for you. Jov 90 who is a known hacker appears at around 340. An hour or two later suddenly he’s gone and poof there’s necrom in the same spot. He changed his name, but it’s the same hacker.
Edit- went back and found a post where necroms name appears. Does not change the strangeness of his sudden appearance and jovs disappearance at the same time.
I can arguably believe that you can take some levels down with that setup. Problem is you cannot win 30 fights back to back without a loss due to the randomness in the frontline.
I can think of at least 8 frontlines that I meet regularly you would not be able to bypass reducing your winning odds by an incredible amount. yet in the last two days I’ve seen you win 5 games back to back in under 12 minutes without fail each time your tickets were full.
He said in chat that he ran into a bug that made it so he ran into the same 10 monster lineup over and over again so he was able to farm that particular team and win everytime.
He also said that the AI was being iffy and would make stupid decisions. So he could reach really high levels.
And you believe him? Haha sounds very fortunate

I can understand you are all eager to believe a random nobody suddenly appears and beats the top players in this game out of nowhere… But realistically the odds of that happening are next to nothing.
You might actually think that we as top players care about being beaten by someone. Trust me I could not care less. In fact I’ve never once been rank 1 on any challenge for that matter safe for PvP.
But here’s some food for thought. Mophiese is using Geartyrant currently to climb in the ultimate challenge ever since the nebelronix/Atra setup got nerfed.
Mophiese being a seasoned player who has climbed to over level 3000 in the ultimate challenge on multiple occassions is using a similar combination of monsters as what this guy is using.
Do you honestly believe this random out of nowhere guy could do better than someone like Mophiese? if your answer is yes, you need a reality check.
As I repeat you might think we care that the rank 1 spot got taken by someone other than us but this ain’t true. In fact if he’d be legit I’d be the first to congratulate him with the rank 1 spot and hope he’d prove a challenge in Player vs Player.
What we DO care about is if a hacker just took the rank 1 spot. this is bad for the game’s image and certainly bad for the future and continuity of this game. And honestly the chance he is in fact a hacker is very close to 100%.
If you have to tell me that he faced the same team 50 times in a row cause of a ‘bug’ and the AI was “being stupid” so he could win so many games so fast… I just don’t see how you could believe something like that…
I could come up with a gigantic list of combo’s that I meet in the UC regularly that he’d lose to instantly. Yet he won 5 games back to back on at least 7 occasions (I have seen it with my own eyes tracking the ranking list).
The question is (again)… why ddint they ban him… hmmmm… 
why… they need to ban cheaters/hackers else other players will try to find the same hack on the web realizing it can be done here…imo they should get rid of thise people who do this kind of BS…(woops language)

the key word here is : have not banned YET. Spx just dissappeared from the ranking (the former number 3 also suspected to be a hacker).

I have spx on my friend list. He has 5 crowns, so i was surprised he was cheating since it meant that he was able to stay hidden for a couple of UCs.
Hello everyone,
We have looked into this issue, and it turns out that Necrom has encountered a bug in our system that is indeed out of his control. The bug caused him to be matched against the same team repeatedly, allowing him to rocket up the ranks.
Because Necrom was honest and pointed us directly to the bug, we were able to quickly identify exactly what caused this to happen, and we want to assure everyone that it is an extremely isolated scenario that caused it, and it will be fixed before the next event.
As for his lineups’ viability against the UC teams and gate keepers: We actually tested his team against the gatekeepers, and amazingly found that it is possible to defeat them at lvl 600. This is not a joke. Even we at the ZigZaGame office were amazed, and I personally spent time testing the lineups to verify their success. Despite this, we did remove him from the number 1 spot due to the glitch. Rest assured, this glitch will be fixed next time around so that this does not happen again.
Moving forward from here, it is important to note that Necrom did not hack or cheat. His lineups work and his claims were accurate. The hate that he received in this thread is regrettable, so let’s try to refrain from adopting a mob mentality should a situation like this happen in the future. We at ZigZaGame take cheating and accusations of cheating very seriously and will always investigate these issues.

There’s just no way your “no failure line up” won’t fail. When all AI need is to attack once and that frontline is already doomed and even if you managed to set up soul stealer and geartyrant, it aint enough as they are 16 of them, and I cant see how would you be able to hold them up with the monsters on your team. Perhaps if the team you are up against consists of just one monster or two. Maybe.
So there’s really a glitch huh, if that so then really couldn’t blame the guy.
You can understand though it is truely hard to believe.
Either way it seems I owe you an Apology Necrom but I hope you can understand from our point of view it’s very difficult to believe what you told us unless it was confirmed by anyone from the staff.
On that note I did not have a doubt this team could beat the gatekeepers with sufficient tries.
