It will start in the beginning of October.

Also, would like to ask, the first 19 days of PvP will not give any rewards ?
And it’s just pure fun PvP with no ranking & it won’t affect your tier if you lost ???

There will be Win Rewards and RP Rewards. (win and RP won’t reset when 2nd half kicks in)
Battles in first half won’t affect your ratings. Everyone will start at 0 when 2nd half opens.
