Taking a look at 100th place on the leaderboard, they have ~20,000 points. Let’s assume they did that all on mythics and all on levels 0-50 (most points per ticket). We get 240 tickets a day for free. That’s
20000 / 7 * 20 / 240 = 238 days of free tickets they’ve spent.
Honestly, that’s a LOT!
MBQ is primarily a place for people to spend their excess tickets that aren’t going into other PvE content at the time. The rewards aren’t worth spending gems to refill your tickets, unless you are very high hero rank already and want to:
farm gems from mythics,
farm ores from SEs
or get player icons / shiny monsters.
So I don’t think it’s surprising that not many people have grinded MBQ for the extra rewards. 238 days of tickets is a lot spent on MBQ.

I seem to recall the devs saying/implying bonds are a “forever grind”, not expecting people to actually ever finish it. That makes it like a optional “choose your grind” side of the game

Yeah, exactly! Eternal PvE content to keep people busy with and have somewhere to use their free tickets. The unique rewards are a bit of fun that people can go for by refilling tickets if they want to.
I benefitted most because I grinded hundreds of ingredients with those free tickets in the years before MBQ and have never needed to farm ingredients ever since, so all my excess tickets go on MBQ and earn me gems.
I did a full breakdown of monthly free gems and calculated MBQ as roughly 30 gems a month for people who participate in it.

How about we get ‘Monster disintegration’ instead of ‘Delete monsters’.
In that ,game can give us silver coins:
2,000-Non star monster
4,000-1 star monster
6,000-2 star monster
10,000-3 star monster
15,000-4 star monster
30,000-5 star monster
50,000-6 star monster
2,000,000-7 star monster
Or we can have ‘Monster Conversion’ where,
1 gem : 5 _ Non star monsters
2 gems : 5_1 star monsters
3 gems : 5_2 star monsters
4 gems : 5_3 star monsters
5 gems : 5_4 star monsters
6 gems : 4_5 star monsters
10 gems : 3_6 star monster
Feature where mythic can’t be deleted .
We can count the same unit for no. of bonus it have and a feature in only conversion where we can separate bonus from monster to take them as unit.
I think why we need ‘Delete Monsters’ option when it can be changed to something useful where we can get something in return.

It would be very good but the development is not going to do anything for the players for free ._. , although to make it “not farm” this could not work for free monsters, and also the development should first add a system that automatically bane to those who add inlegarly mosters to the game by mods, I am satisfied that they give a main reward that is the pointed bonus of the monsp
