What quality of life improvements do you want?

Exactly in point. I think below hr 50 player can only awake on mythic and again under 100 2/3 or I want to say that such thing can force people to level up hero rank.

Add a hall of fame to show who has the most PvP ranking titles and UC, Hero rank etc.

Some experienced players will know who they are already but maybe they could get some in game recognition.

maybe have categories for most points, most wins, win streak. etc.

include the top 10 players in each.

Do they finish in the top 10 in ranked? Or even top 50? When do players unlock max cost?

In the long run there’s no point in doing that as it doesn’t take you anywhere.

If you read well I’m talking about the experiment given to other real new players in pvp , when you play a new game and go to the pvp section you need to meet other new guys like you , not old ones keeping their hero rank low and slaughtering you in pvp and destroying your team without you get a single turn , and giving you an awefull expirement

I agree, but if they don’t play ranked (and don’t do well there), I don’t think there’s much that can be done about those players. If a player has a lot of mythics, they could technically be noobs that spent a lot.

Do you play other games at all? Smurfs are a problem pretty much in every competitive game that exists. They can just lose on purpose when needed or manipulate the system to face less experienced opponents. It’s problematic because at the same time you need to make the game enjoyable for new players and those are the exact mechanics people are exploiting.

Its impossible for smurfs to be competetive in ranked now matter how much they twist and turn the system.

Because they only get half rating for each match won so no matter how many times they win in ranked their account can never reach above 45k ish rating which is between top50-top100 normaly (and that is only if they win every ticket which they wont)

Since they can’t exploit the system to win in ranked, then it is the classic case of deliberately trying to face inexperienced players. Sad people indeed.

I think what Kabylian suggested is a pretty good measure for this game, forcing the increase in hero rank as it’s tied to login days, something you can’t avoid. For example, newbie PvP bracket is sub HR50 and the game will passively push you over that in a month.

Another one could be some hidden measure that detects unusually high win rates and places the players permanently in the top bracket when they have a certain win rate in a certain number of matches. Those numbers need to be kept secret.

The real fix would be that people grew up and stopped ego boosting at the expense of new players. Try to fix that!

You’re thinking too much about human aspectshere, we’re talking about a game here. You can make tons of algorithms that punish these players in some way, the devs just need to be creative.

I always try to solve the problem at its root but indeed sometimes it’s not possible.

@Dev_VKC going back to the evolution screen… it would be great to filter to save scrolling, but today I realised the “new” category isn’t even on there. Having this makes the most sense because a lot of players will hatch something and want to evolve straight away.

Can we get a counter of packs opened on every banner? I had to rewatch my recording while hatching on Uranium banner to see how much I got till the pity counter.
