Been a while since this thread was revived. As the chance for it getting locked is considerable, I think I’ll make my third and final post here about the one monster who I have a strong dislike for, to the point where I’d consider it my least favorite of them all.

This monster was that start of what I consider to be Neo’s descent into the ludicrous amounts of power creep that is now commonplace in a game. It could tear through teams with relative ease due to Excessive Force and it’s relatively easy to set up moves. The initial BB/Moji banner it debuted on was also a cause for controversy as the power level between the two monsters was so vast that it was astonishing that they even debuted on the same egg. What didn’t help was the fact that Delu was a key player in some of the most controversial strategies in the game’s history which lead to multiple nerfs that caused an even further rift in the community. Nowadays, Delu is rarely used due to how easily and quickly it dies in PvP, turning it into a 16 cost Rockoid. There’s a very good reason I don’t use it anymore, and that’s the fact that it got powercrept into oblivion.

I absolutely loathe and despise Centaureon. His entrance is simply ridiculous, three effect at once? Shield + Stun + Immediate Turn? Ok.
As soon as he enters the field, if you have a earth monster he’s gonna get disposed of. If you have a sleep monster, then maybe even TWO monsters are dead. After a maximum of 100 TU, since it’s very likely he has already got his “”""“hard-earned”"""" kill, he can start sweeping regardless of protectors.
Poison? Sleep? Forget about it! Instant Purify not only counters them, but also means he won’t even lose his shield on entrance!
This fu★ker can enter the field, immediately get a turn, stun all your monsters, remove statuses on your teammates and then get a kill, without even losing its shield! It destroys OoO strategies (and that’s actually the thing I like most about him) and one would think he was made to be a direct counter to Scorpiogeist, if only Scorpiogeist didn’t come out later.
