U sure abt that lol …. I am expecting another broken ahh myth to help us forget abt them and complain abt the new one instead .
Astra has been strong since his buff and have been a menace since. I don’t know what your point is.
8th or so banner hit pity, I’m positive I’m getting scammed with 100% certainty.
As a customer, I feel very offended by this.
Additionally, for each of the other shards was about 500 to 800 gems each in that range.
A great solution is for @Dev_VKC to remove pity counter at all so you can open 80 packs like @DonT89 once did and got 1 Onika shard. ![]()
Glad I’m never opening up regular special eggs anymore from this scam of a game. 9th pity banner in a row back to back banners
The solution was to add two brackets for the pity timer guaranteed,
1- You get your first copy when you hit 20 packs that’s always available on each banner
2- The second copy is at 30 packs and the pity timer resets after the 30th pack
so from 1-20 there is no reset in pity timer, 20 is guaranteed, after 30 is the second phase of pity timer where everything goes back to how it is now
its somewhat close to how the anniversary is but its alot worse
then which one is it?
This video does not belong to here, that was amazing hatching, total packs opened 43 thats 1720 gems way below the average of mythic prices at 2200 gems
he only got unlucky in one egg and the rest was insane, 520 gems for 3 copies
In terms of mechanics
@Dev_VKC I really really hope you introduce all of those lovely suggestions to cut the prices in half and give us the mythics we want but we don’t want to spend the m0ney for.
Every banner I hit pity and the other shards were in the range between 600-800 gems. Almost 3000 total gems to wake up a mythic. That’s unusual, someone has been tampering with the odds. I’m aware of it now, will not be spending on these bullshit special eggs ever again.
I always wondered if they actually temper with the odds before anniversary but there is no way to confirm, Either way i think spending before anniversary is not advisable
But something has to happen to these special/festival eggs in terms of pity timer, i dont think devs will touch this because it will have an impact on there revenue but i can definitely see a drop in revenue next year, i myself stopped spending for the past 2 months and only plan on spending during anniversary or a huge sale because of how bad the odds are
Because of all the crying I think we should just remove the pity timer entierly so you guys can enjoy the happiness of going 50 60 70 packs without getting a mythic
Yes!!!
i think thats a great way to lose your player base, you have to balance things out, you cant be greedy and not give the players something and you cant give them everything
Its been a long time since the players actually got something and the path taken in recent times is very very horrible, one of the worst i have seen in gaming, am still shocked how they treated there bad coding instead of owning up to their mistake they decided to punish the players by giving a minus !!!
You might say oh well things happen lets focus on the game play and balance of the game, you look at the game play nothing new in 10 years and well in terms of balance we saw what happened in the last update and how they will compensate players for their error in testing and nerfs
i really hope they do something special for anniversary to make up for this and actually make the big 10 something special and outstanding, i hope they will not disappoint here
Then quit.
I don’t know why you guys are taking this as a punishment. They didn’t took your monsters which you got by hatching with those tickets then how this becomes a punishment. Also they already mentioned that this will not remain minus for long.
If people don’t talk and just become a yes man dont think there will be improvements
I would love to see the day you balance out your negativity with positivity. Almost all you do is use phrases like “worst I’ve seen”, “very very horrible” and when you do write ideas like the hatching one above its basically asking for 1/3 price cut on awakening a mythic. When the types of things come to the game or someone makes a suggestion that I’d expect you to like them you often come out with some reasoning about how it benefits the wrong players or it’s not done quite right.
So go ahead and avoid being a yes man, but you’re not a champion of positive change either.
I can’t tell exactly what your thoughts are on this when you share it, but I think it’s a perfect example of typical hatching results and how brilliant the pity timer is.
43 packs, 3 natural mythic hatches and 1 pity. 3 in 43 packs is perfectly within expectations, hitting pity on one shard is also pretty likely. They managed to avoid non-featured mythics so ultimately came in under the average of ~50 packs to awaken.
Depending on perspective you can be negative about the results or you could say 4 mythics for 43 packs is almost bang on the 1% and their goal was to awaken that mythic which they achieved in fewer than 50 packs so it’s a very good result.
It’s also a great example of why I am now hugely sceptical of Wendigo here. Sharing screenshots of hitting pity doesn’t show enough of the story and people will always look at hatching from different perspectives so it’s easy to voice a negative angle on something that is actually fine in the broader context.
