Maybe this is what Dev_BRD’s profile picture has been all along!
I hate having to say that but i think hes total garbage
The passives says “teammates”, so I don;t think it can target the bear itself. However, I am worried it may have high rate to be wasted when TT is on battlefield.
BTW, have you guys realized how that stupid passive be OP in zib fl? Again, devs make a 81% speed instant double retribution or freaking poison slaughter all!!!
So dont use it next to a TT ?
I don’t want to waste my gems since my incredible unluck, so this is just my hypothesis. But i am sure devs just simply introduce another OP passive for zib fl.
It will also be interesting to see how the passive works on light TT w/o ss locked. And i bet devs have never tested this.
Yea ibguess midas is broken lol
Btw the passive should be restricted like gazer’s (maybe less secs) to avoid broken combos
Check it out in the test battle. I hoped it wasn’t going to target itself but it does sometimes.
Yeah I was thinking the exact same about cannibalise front lines. The passive probably needs a restriction of 100s from start of battle to stop any stupid combos. It’s RNG which one it picks so maybe that’s why they didn’t add the restriction but still it will be annoying with some combos I’m sure.
I’ll be interested to see how R it’s RNG really is. Like Magma and Mal’s anecdotal proclivity to hit the next monster up.
Or DRs anecdotal proclivity to hit the charged bloodthirst.
If he “randomly” gives a turn to the next ally up it will be super useless. But if it “randomly” goes to the last monster back or God forbid the charged sweeper, it could get out of hand fast.
I like the idea of a roaring entrance protector tbh
@Boiler
I wanted to know too. Did the test battle probably 20 times and looked like it was a random target working properly.
@NMEGaryOak
Yeah I guess it’s not too bad if it hits itself. Defeats the point of the passive a little bit because it’s going to get a turn soon anyway but fairly nice getting that protect in early.
I also noticed, it gave itself a turn sometimes,
Tested it in SCB extreme as well.
It can be good situationally if you pair it with sweepers as @ILAGaLOT mentioned.
Rest @Thaiger can give ous insight once he had utilized it properly

@Thaiger GG man, we just met, I like your FL and paw patrol being 5th,
All holy team
It’s adverse strike is just what can I say …
Good game!
I’ve tried 3 teams
Useless against BB
Weak against chrono
Weak against poison
Week against protect killer
No way to charge. Adverse strike is crap. It’s either Hg or full health especially with the meta being fast sweepers aka charged moves or “” killer moves
And RNG roaring entrance. That hits himself 2/3 times so far which makes no difference since he’s got 86 speed. I don’t have the SS but it wouldn’t make any difference so far.
The most similar monster in stats is drako and it is so much better. Purifying mist and desperate double.
This dog has to have a purifier or gets killed by poison. And in order for bloodcrave to work, he has to get a kill. So worse in every way and it roaring entranced my one asleep monster from malware.
I won one battle with him only because I was able to pull off double bloodcrave. After heavens was able to heal him.
I will wait till I get more used to him but so far, honestly he is an SE. lol I wouldn’t use him as a 10 cost in my normal teams.

man that’s a bummer.
To make it worse it’s not even guaranteed
I think if you can able to unlock it’s ss, it will help you drastically, coz in our match, despite my holy team, I was little cautious as I thought you might have its ss unlocked, it’s passive is the best thing about it.
Plus when I saw the damage of adverse strike, I was taken aback by it. Very poor damage.
Rest let’s see your end of PvP analysis,
Right. I was thinking about that. But I think you had chomera out and u could’ve bypassed the overwatch easily. Most players are smart enough to bypass the overwatch into the adverse strike, which doesn’t even do practically any viable damage. On top of that, it’s no threat if it isn’t charged for the double bloodcrave.
Take this at face value because I don’t have the SS and played him 10 pvp tops, but I feel like adverse strike needs a rework period.
Option 1. Make it so that adverse strike can be used if it is damaged period and raise the damage. Helps with poison ticks and makes the overwatch make sense if it isn’t charged.
Option two. Keep restrictions as is but Make it ignore sheilds and HG. And garauntee a kill. This would make double bloodcrave a good setup for an adverse strike on a shield or hg monster.
As a protector, in my personal opinion. It does a crappy job. Put aegis dragon without the auto protect together with drako without the support move and you have this monster. Sucky at support and situationally decent offensively. Because after using protect which is 100 TU, at best you can get one bloodcrave in after that.
Especially with poison getting more common in the meta with valza and pumpking and all the other mons, the only way this can counter that is if adverse strike worked if the poison ticks and it can use its move right away.
Here are some pictures
Second one it gave turn to my only sleep mons.
First one. I had 2 mons with charges ret and an ice fang that could assasinate and it chose to roar itself.
Nope , I had heaven Midas lead, my chromera came on field very late, by then I had killed paw patrol & shiva .
I think increasing damage potential is the best thing , and making sure it’s passive does not give turn to himself when enters, coz that defeats it’s whole purpose.
@Dev_VKC if you could justify that gazer with its passive is not chrono food???
While pawpatrol is !
I’m pretty sure gaZer is it’s just that it can survive it it’s pretty tanky survives toxic killer sometimes
Chrono food*
