The idea about Neko Punch is that it not only takes down HG enemy at low secs, but also undo their Stealth and Shield. It could also be another “SKIP” during PvP battle.
Finishing Snap requires enemy HP condition to use.

I agree with this but occasionally we get a monster that it’s clear to see it doesn’t have much to offer. This monster is more geared for PvP because of the “big damage” attacks not hitting particularly hard in PvE and the Neko Punch being very poor there.
For PvE you’ve basically got a monster with no good passives that does very little for 35+36+72+72 = ~215 seconds from entry. Once charged it can sweep at high speed but needs protection from stun and all that because it can easily die. Other monsters offer so much more. Crescendo monsters are a good comparison because they take a while before they’re set up to do high damage. They take 300-400s before they start two-shotting enemies. That’s longer than Kattmmander but each one has more to offer and is tankier so once they become trouble they’re hard to deal with.
For PvP Katt has Neko Punch which can kill in 5-6 hits on some of the weaker legendaries which can be done in 120-150s. Not too shabby and it can help soften monsters up when required or finish them off nicely. The two other attacks barely one-shot any monsters, which is good design but when you look at the fact all this monster does is damage it starts making it fall short compared to other sweepers out there. To sweep properly it still requires that long set up, which so many other sweepers don’t need. 70TU one-shotting would be a lovely pay-off if Katt was easier to keep alive, but it’s not.
I was a bit surprised when I saw you get it. You like to get them all but still I was surprised at this one

I think spirals is the closest with 105 legends I think now
