If only they’d ban trash like lemon in pvp like they banned my boy simu from boss battles lmao. It’s not unreasonable for some monsters to get banned instead of nerfed like in other games/franchises is it? That way you can happily use them in pve

Lemon is a no brainier strategy and it’s too op that solo potent sleep is definitely 95%
That chance is actually bad for me.pretty much everytime I use potent sleep it just misses on its first time
Only time I’ve seen potent sleep miss was a goldtail and it didn’t matter anyway because i was screwed anyway

I think the charm of the game always lies in the balance of risk and return. You can see the risk of using ap Spam is quite high now.but lemon is obviously a combination of low cost and high return. and its second form and third form are almost the same. . I think many people have prepared ways to deal with lemon.but all lemon games still make the game time longer and longer.which is really bad.

Lmao I’ve faced a few DLGZ Running AP spam into lemon/nectarion
Perhaps we should all be running Nectareon ourselves in the end-game, or Centaureon, or Bovolcus, or a few other heavy counters that are perfectly viable to run in PvP.
Most strategy games like this one require heavy use of counters in order to keep something strong in check in the meta. If we’re refusing to use the counters then that’s our own fault. I’m not running a particular counter but I’ve often had something that’s help mean I still win the game, be it Angelion, Raizen or something else. I think I’ve only lost to Lemon once so far in the 8-10 games where I met it.
In other words, everyone else needs to just Git Gud and on KD’s level since it isn’t even S+ tier.

Best lemon counters are probably :
Bovolcus + Athrasis
Don rilla
Run a nectareon or bane
Run a roaring entrance purifer like mojinator or centaureon (ogremaster but it’s meh)
Kill all four monters before lemon so when lemon enters its alone
This ia from my personal experience of losing
Centaureon - Limited
Bovo - Rare egg exclusive and in the current meta it’s not so viable as you say with dracorosa endgame being almost a rule
Nectareon - a decent counter BUT you make yourself vulnerable to all the others endgames with poison being meta too so it’s no so great idea
Right now the only real counter lemon has is Bastia because centaureon it’s a great option but it’s incapable of one shot lemon 2nd form and despite it’s instant purify if the enemy lines up his monsters before cent entrance lemon is capable of re sleep lock the enemy team
I think the only reason lemon doesn’t look soo OP to you is because the only top player using it atm is @SHIKAOTOKO and we all can see it’s power single handedly giving him the tier 1 in PvP. If lemon were used by several top players I’m completely sure you will agree with everyone
