i think they mean that if you draw special egg and get a legendary, there are more chance to get the featured monster, not more chance to get legendary.
in other words,its just a paronomasia

Eggs are a joke… I spent $80 and miraculously rolled 2 legendarys - both duplicates of the one legendary i already owned… i suggest not spending your money.
