Try to write this so i don’t buy gems and gift u my money . Now u have 2 possibility : Refund me the sigs (AND FIX THIS % RATE) or refund me the money . Is really unacceptable ! Useless dupes for 200E . If u prefer i’ll call directly google play to explain your unfair trade moves, misleading advertising.

Sorry to say this but that kind of luck is pretty normal. There’s a reason everyone will tell you wait until festival eggs (or special eggs if you REALLY want that specific monster, although even these don’t have a very high chance), and it’s cause the chance of getting a legend is very low outside of them.
Granted you’ve been unlucky not to get even one, but i’m afraid there’s nothing that can be done about that. It’s like spinning a slot machine and then asking for your money back when you lose, it’s not up to the casino whether you win or not. Same principle here, they set the % and increase it at certain times, they can’t determine if you get a legendary or not.
I think they should at least release the chance percentage so users at least know what their expected returns are. It is very misleading to advertise things like ‘much higher chance’ when the chance is ridiculously low in the first place. Certainly people shouldn’t be buying £120’s worth of gems and not receiving a top their mon - that is outrageous.
Now there is special eggs , if u write 2X probability to find this monster on 60 pulls i’ll found ,at last, almost 1 leggendary . Come on . i’ll call google play if they don’t answer on this post . Then ALL DUPES not even a new commander (and i haven’t a lot of monsters , i started some days ago ) .
There isn’t a support i have to do a new post on the forum to write about a problem , this game is like in the hands of stupids children . If i invest my time and money i want a support system that work good .
Special eggs don’t increase chance for legendary they only increase for a specific legendary
Plus if you rolled 10 eggs and no good monsters or dupes I would have exited and re entered the game to Change the order of the wheel
The chance for a legendary is determined by the wheel so let’s say there is so many monsters on the wheel and a legendary there would be a let’s say 1-16 chance of pulling one but that number dosent increase each time you do it
The wheel can be timed but it’s bloody hell hard to do
all of this is easier during the festival when they remove a large chuck of epics of the wheel

The egg system is such a scam, I can’t believe how many people are actually losing their money. I’m happy that I experienced for free what it is to spin it hundreds of times without pulling a legendary.
Yes, you might be lucky and get 2 legendaries out of 10 eggs, but you can also spent thousands and never get one. I don’t think the rewards are anywhere appropriate.
I’m sorry, but with a chance of 2% or less you are better off staying away from spending your money.
Btw, there should be regulations for games like this.

There should be a big warning showing your real rates when spinning the wheel.
I just feel a lot of people still have to suffer and lose their money before someone realises this gaming model without regulation is just criminal.
The Facebook page seems to be the best way of contacting the devs. They hardly go on the forum anymore, and the mods have no other way to get in contact with them to inform them about any complaints.
For 200E i can buy 3 of last game for ps4 -xbox one is really terrible that on this game I find only dupes XD . Where on the pull page there is a big “BIG DEAL” YEP , big deal to stole my money and “piss in my hands”. Really disappointed .
Don’t write big deal if the % of find what i want is less of 1% is bullshit this fraudulent attitude .
I truly do apologize that, as mods, we cannot be of assistance on issues related to the game or news. Sadly, it’s not just yourselves that have a lack of interaction and I really do wish we could help when it comes to these bugs, issues, and complaints.
Their facebook page is likely now the best way to contact them as they have not been active on their own forum for a long time now, an issue the mods have raised and hope to have resolved. But until then folks, I really hope they can answer you on facebook and we will continue to try to have them active here, but we’ll see.
Request a refund from apple within 90 days of making the in app purchase. Provide a good reason. I got a refund but couldn’t get a full refund since some of my purchases were over 90 days old.
What reason would you give as to get a refund? Everyone knows the chances especially if you visit this forum and read everyone’s complaints. It’s not like lotto give out refunds because your numbers weren’t picked. This is a game where you can buy pixels so don’t expect much satisfaction for your hard earned cash. You should go into this game(or any in app purchase game) with the same mindset of going into the casino as its all just a gamble. What ever money you’d be willing to leave lying on the street is what you should put down. Simple
I would love to know how you got a refund - like Freakdeer says, people spend money on this game should be fully aware they are not guaranteed anything… not sure why those who spend but don’t get what they want should be able to get refunds back - isn’t really fair to the rest of the people who pay
Coming from a community that was stuck in a purely pay to win game, we found our ways of getting a refund. Sadly, I thought of it too late and couldn’t get a full refund for this game.
