So my 360 gave me the second red ring of death and I don’t think its worth the money sink I would have to do to fix it
SO
that leaves me with two choices
Do I save and scrimp for an Xbox One?
Or do I just drop the money for the new 360?
Note: I will end up getting both because the 360 is supposed to be getting an Assassin’s Creed for the old gen of consoles only and I just bought Banjo-Kazooie and want to finish the stupid game
I would say 360. I mean the only good exclusive on the xbox one is Titanfall, and even that is coming to 360.

Well if you’re going to get a 360 no matter what and you have the money to get both. I don’t think it matters all to much.

Why?
I went for the 360, for the same reason I haven’t bought the Xbox One yet. There’s not enough games out for it yet that I want, compared to the amount of games I love on the 360. If you’re going to get both anyway then might as well get the one that has the most games that you want to play first.
Of course the decision would be obvious if Microsoft managed to allow backwards compatibility.
They’ve lost out on a lot of early sales by not doing that.

I have one and still play it due to its diverse amount of games.

Ps4 doesn’t have backwards capability either, so that argument is kinda moot.
Otherwise, I can agree for your argument on the library of games.

Didn’t mean it to be a PS4 vs X1 kinda deal, the same goes for the PS4.
If they had backwards compatibility they would have sold more when released.
Instead, a lot of people will wait until there are more games to play.
