I love this fella

I think its wierd

It looses the defence passive the original version has

And at its speed its gonna be difficult for it to get a turn

Then again if it gets a turn the attack boost probably gonna let the piercing blow kill most things

So kinda double edged

Stop re-using old designs

And he’s gonna one shot himself with the piercing blow

im a fan of og sharkrex design but i don’t like the colour scheme of this one.

Skills are fine to me just wish the color was s bright red lol

I like what they did here with the flipped stats and stun immunity into insomnia. A sneaky +10% speed too.

I’m not 100% sure bloodfury will one-shot tanky things after 1 kill. Piercing blow will basically one-shot legendaries but nothing higher (nor anything HP boosted).

The lower defence definitely matters, especially considering the attack stat doesn’t really matter much for this moveset. Overall it’s got to be better than the original. I just don’t think it really has a place in any strategy.

Normal Sharkrex was for a stun meta. It could be used alongside stun lock for setting up winning line-up and could protect you against stun lock by removing stunned teammates (while being tanky enough itself that it would survive quite reliably to do the backbiting).
This new one doesn’t work alongside OoO so you cannot use it aggressively and as sleep protection you’d much rather something with purify, toxic entrance or similar.

For new players it’s a reasonable monster. It’s rarely going to be dead weight and it’s way better than most SEs but that’s about it.
