If let say you made it to rank 1 in your tier but you only have a win rate of 50-60 %, will you move up a tier or stay in your current tier? What factor contributes for players to go up a tier ( RP, rank, win rate)?

60% win rate is quite common even among good players. So yeah I think you’d move up! @TheCroutonGuy I know that getting to hero rank 100 will be a jump up.
