PvP Nerf Poll Preparations

I love how the developers implemented so many balance changes that were popular with the community . This just goes to show how much the game’s creators listen to the Neo Monsters community.

Top 5 Biggest landslides in favour:
These all had 5x (most 8-10x) the number of people voting for rather than against

1. Rodeknight buff
2. Leira nerf
3. 50TU moveset increased TU
4. Bronzeshells/Boxjaws created with full speed
5. Lemon’s potent sleep TU increase and entrance rework

A few poll options worth noting:

• Throw damage increase:
  This one had more votes against than most of the top voted options. I think the issue might have been because the request is too generic. There are a bunch of monsters with good throw damage already. This was a popular option (77% of people voted on it) so perhaps the Devs could find a solution to buffing throw in some way, either generically or tackling the weaker throw monsters.
• Plumesilisk’s 1st form remove auto-taunt:
  I think this is poorly phrased, leading to many not properly considering to vote for this. Basically if you use the 1st form fully trained it has crazy defence and is very cheap in the team. I’m not sure how well this is known. If the poll option was “Fix how OP Plumesilisk 1st form is” and people knew what it was talking about I think it would have got many more votes.
• Leogeist’s inspire 50s restriction from start of battle:
  (Personal bias here) I’m very surprised to see how this got a negative vote. It’s the new meta coming in and I think people will hate it very soon. Leogeist’s inspire into lava entrance is a strong combo that will get old very fast and the 99% speed on Leogeist makes it almost impossible to interact with. I would guess that if we took a vote in 1-2 months many people would change their vote but I could be wrong.
