As most of you have seen in the threads of this forum as well as in the game, we have had issues with pvp that made it impossible for us to continue the event.
We are very sorry for the issues, and we promise you that we will do whatever it takes to make pvp stable, because, while it works, pvp was a lot of fun.
Meanwhile, please visit the event page and claim the event monster as well as 5 gems, 1 legend potion, and 9 super epic potions
Meanwhile I have no longer understanding for issues with the game, it feels like I, and of course all the other players, were only beta testers just from the beginning! It is not acceptable that a game that is based on spending money to obtain monsters (unlike DIB and HI) has sooo many bugs. However the only positive thing is that you at least conversate with the players. But in the end the only thing that matters is that the game works, it frustrating to have nothing to do in the game the whole day, every event (except pop and super challenges of course) are finished within a few minutes and then there’s nothing to do again. I guess I spend my 70 gems that are left and quit, maybe for a few month, maybe forever.
Btw: it looks like even the festival egg has a lower rate for super epics and legendaries now or am I mistaken?
Oh and why are we still not able to scroll through the rewards page I have always to claim something that I actually don’t need atm just to get the thing I want to claim, are you kidding?
Shame it was cancelled but it is annoying when people get problems. I experienced it st start trying to find a game but then I managed 9 with no issues. Guess I was lucky. Hopefully you can get it sorted ryan
Sad to know it was cancelled. Is there a way for the mods to enable pvp but a disclaimer would be put up warning that it is yet unstable and is only enabled to document the problems faced in the pvp. They could put up a page whose purpose is to report bugs related to the pvp. Players could also post if they do not have problems with the pvp to isolate the problem. A good format would be:
Phone/ tablet model
Build number
Android version
Wifi/mobile data
Bugs encountered/ no problems encountered.
I must be one of the rare few because for me it ran perfectly seemed way better than last time. No issues with dc at all games ran smoothly I had 10 battles 10 wins and ended up somewhere above 600points.
I have always appreciated the generosity of the neomon creators when issues arise. Unfortunately for me, there was an error when I tried to collect the gem reward from my rewards page and I never received the 5 gems. This is most unfortunate as there is a special egg right now that that would have paid for.
Aww that sucks, luckily for me it was the one gem from the points reward but I closed and restarted the app immediately and i ended up getting it back.
With respect to that crystalmouth from the points reward, will the devs be willing to lets us have it or will they create another event so we can get one, after all its quite difficult getting one from the Mouth of Truth dungeons. :rolleyes:
I got a bug with the 5 gems from the pvp I get it two times in the morning right after it closed and now when I get the message from the game. I won’t complain about 10 free gems.
When will the next one be? Will it have more tiers? I don’t want to level up to tier 1 as my team is too weak with no legendararies and poor super epics/epics. Only got this far because friends have Godfeather I have used on select times.
Same Alejandro. I can always level up but my team can’t do much damage to other players containing no legendaries. “Why don’t you buy more gems and roll more times” When you have rolled 30+ times and got a handful of super epics and a load of epic dupes it is not worth it. I don’t want to stop playing the game but unless they make the PvP a bit more fair or alter the cost of legendaries to better suit how powerful they are to a team I don’t see myself playing anymore.
