Computers are customizable to the point it could be whatever you want. Game Center, work station, workhorse, party animal, etc.
You can probably take that gaming computer and turn it into whatever you need to with those same parts.
Heck, I’m building a desk computer. Yes, a computer built into a desk. Crazy, I know, but look at who you’re debating with.
Consoles are consoles. Not really customizable at all past maybe the dashboards and controllers.
That’s what I consider the main difference. I’m not saying you have to agree at all but that’s my perspective.

Oh man I know the difference that computer geeks have. The debates at my school about graphic cards get as heated as an argument on different political views. (Not going into politics…just a metaphor.)

FFXV and KHIII will be PS4 exclusive, I am one of the JRPG lover since PSX and N64 era, god i still remember all RPG i played back then like legend of legaia, all final fantasy, legend of dragoon, mana series. Back then, there are no term like JRPG or WRPG (western) but only RPG, nowadays WRPG is more like a shooting gameimbued with levelling system rather than actual RPG, and these kind of RPG that dominates on XBOX one, so my vote goes for PS4
