For all this stuff you went through, that’s why it’s really hard for me to not take it personally. Of all the things I do in the community, the tier list is the most time consuming by far which makes me even more sensitive about it. I’m sorry for how I’ve reacted to some of the stuff said, but I honestly just want to work on the tier list for the benefit of the community and I want to be able to do it peacefully. Having to deal with all the opinions and criticism both of the positions but also the system I try to do for it and personal things like how I’m stubborn (which has both its positives and negatives) is not at all what I signed up for.

I’m not looking for any pity, but if you are really passionate about the tier list then please try to change your mind that it is just a guide and a resource to be utilised. It’s not a sacred religious text! If you disagree with something then just chalk it up as me being wrong and enjoy having your own opinion. If you want to help improve the tier list then constructively offer your opinions but accept that they won’t always cause a change to be made.

Lol my bad if I were a burner account it wouldn’t make much sense tho, considering how much we discuss back and forth usually conflicting opinions about the game and different facets of it.

Everything is so situational… if a monster has to go down or up, sooner or later with suggestions it comes… and I see opinions coming all the time to KD.
Apart from that, the position of each monster is influenced by personal experience… I think it doesn’t make much difference to people because a monster is S+, S or S-.
I want it to be clear that I am not attacking or defending anyone, just that.
It’s my way of seeing things =P

I thought one of two things should happen. Either the list has structured community input or we name it your list.
Is that such a terrible thing? Yet you keep making things up! I’ve made a list of things you’ve made up in the last 2 days.

I am not. I think you do a good job!!! I am just trying to improve it further.

You do overrule. That’s a fact. I am NOT saying it’s a terrible thing, I’m just saying that if you continue to have that power it should be called your list.

There is nothing wrong with expressing an opinion that the tier list should either have your name on it or more community input.

I think KD doesn’t want to appear being egotistical and in power by having his name attached to the list as that’s all you’re suggesting here. Even though for that to happen it’s totally the case if he and only he does end up controlling it and the poll idea is nixed.
Your quote there at the start cuts out an important bit, where I say it’s more criticism than constructive input. The stuff about me doing a good job is not constructive input for the tier list.
I asked you whether that was it because I was trying to understand what was causing you to have a certain view. I also did it privately because I didn’t want it out on here. Similar story with the fourth bit, but that was public.
It’s the third time you brought up the same thing and both the previous times I was sensitive about it. I know I didn’t do the best job last time explaining it would take too much time to discuss with extra people but after how it went before it caught me off guard seeing it again.
It’s only for a small number of monsters, really not a significant amount. I’ve also tried to explain there’s way more community input than you seemed aware of, which doesn’t seem to have affected your opinion at all.
I completely agree, except it’s not the first time and from a friend it sounded a lot more insulting. If you had this opinion then I would’ve expected you to message me and ask, not randomly post it after I do a major update I spent many hours on over the space of a month. Basically, it felt very personal and out of the blue, like you must have some serious issues with it all or something.
Let’s draw it all back to the beginning because a lot of things you’re saying is just repeated now.

I simply think the tier list should either have community input or it should remain your final decision (careful to avoid the word overrule here) but it’s cited as your list.
In a word (please) am I entitled to have and voice that opinion?

100% entitled to have and voice that opinion. However, I would want better clarification on why it has to swing one way or another in your mind and what specifically you have an issue with the way it’s currently done.
The latter I assume is the handful of monsters you (or others) disagree with my positions but agree as a community?
Also, I believe you’re very misinformed about the amount of community input that goes into the tier list placements. Given that it’s way more than you initially thought, does this change your opinion about how it’s currently managed and what the name should be?
I think what lemon means is that you can’t call something a community list if it’s not made by the community (this is a fact and it has to be good or bad) and if it’s a list that is consulted the community but if there will be a person, the last word should be called a list of (x) with suggestions from the community (without being good or bad)

btw I sent killerdog my own tier list for the legendaries with justifications for the more drastic changes and he made like a dozen changes with that feedback lol
PS @Killerdog you seriously need to drop tridakhan two tiers. it’s genuinely garbage after the stunning entrance got replaced with stun revenge. I know it might seem like it’s still decent because of the 62% speed, but now it lacks any control it had from the stun which let it use its ss to setup three pseudo piercing kills
